Indianapolis Colts TE Drew Ogletree was placed on the commissioner exempt list on Saturday, Dec. 30.

Indianapolis Colts TE Drew Ogletree was arrested Friday, Dec. 29, and charged with domestic battery committed in physical presence of a child less than 16 and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, according to Indiana records. The charges are felonies stemming from a domestic disturbance on Tuesday, Dec. 26, when Ogletree pushed a female victim to the ground. Avon Police Department officers found the victim unable to move and in pain after claiming that she had been "body slammed," according to a probable cause affidavit. She was taken to a local hospital, where police took photographs of swelling on the victim's back. Hendricks County jail records show that bond has not yet been posted.

Indianapolis Colts CB Julius Brents (quad) and RB Jonathan Taylor (thumb) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Tennessee Titans. OT Braden Smith (rest) and DT DeForest Buckner (shoulder, rest) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 1, but are expected to be available. WR Isaiah McKenzie (toe), C Ryan Kelly (concussion), TE Drew Ogletree (foot) and OT Bernhard Raimann (knee) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

S Rodney Thomas II (knee) practiced in full for a second straight day on Friday and has been removed from the injury report.
