Atlanta Falcons OT Matt Gono (back) was limited in practice all week but has been ruled out for Week 2 against the Philadelphia Eagles. WR Russell Gage Jr.(concussion, hamstring) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday, Sept. 13, and is listed as questionable. DT Deadrin Senat (back) was not given a practice designation Friday but was removed from the injury report. OG Wes Schweitzer (shoulder) and RB Kenjon Barner (ankle) each logged a full practice Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

New England Patriots RB Kenjon Barner had just two carries for
four yards in the Week 8 game Monday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: The team went with WR Cordarrelle Patterson 10 times on the
ground and James White eight times, which shows Barner has no
place even with Sony Michel (knee) out. If he was a speculative
add, drop him in all formats.

New England Patriots RB Kenjon Barner rushed 10 times for 36 yards in Week 7 against the Chicago Bears.
Huddle Up: Barner was getting touches because Sony Michel was forced out of the game due to a knee injury. If Michel is forced to miss time Barner might be the next man up, splitting time in the backfield with James White. The Patriots face the Bills on the road in Week 8 on Monday night.

Philadelphia Eagles RBs Corey Clement and Kenjon Barner posted rushing touchdowns in Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: While Clement and Barner were able to find the end zone, their fantasy ceilings are rather limited with the addition of Jay Ajayi and presence of workhorse LeGarrett Blount. Clement has a little more value since he had six total touches, but even then his use should be restricted to deeper fantasy leagues. The Eagles host the Bears in Week 12.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenjon Barner rushed three times for 17 yards in the Week 11 game against the Seattle Seahawks and he did not have any receptions on three targets.
Huddle Up: Barner might continue to see more playing time with Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles each exiting with injuries. If Mathews and Sproles are each sidelined Barner could be a sleeper in deeper fantasy leagues as a flex option against the banged up Packers defense in Week 12.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenjon Barner is averaging 5.3 yards per carry on 19 attempts this season, but he has just five carries since the team's bye in Week 4.
Huddle Up: As long as Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles are healthy, Barner will have limited touches and very little fantasy appeal.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenjon Barner has made it clear that he is the No. 2 running back behind RB Ryan Mathews, according to beat writer Reuben Frank. He has rushed 13 times for 76 yards in the first two preseason games.
Huddle Up: Barner may be the No. 2, but Darren Sproles is the second back to own in fantasy - especially in PPR leagues. Mathews does have a decorated injury history, which could make Barner a factor. However, he doesn't have much upside beyond a RB5 handcuff for now.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenjon Barner is in noticeably better shape and is having a solid training camp. Barner is focused on improving, not on the coaching change that occurred with head coach Doug Pederson now at the helm. 'You can't worry about a situation that's no longer your situation,' Barner said. 'My situation right now is Doug Pederson and this offense.' Barner has seen increased repetitions with RBs Ryan Mathews (ankle) and Wendell Smallwood (quadriceps) nursing injuries. He's trying to prove he has the durability to withstand a larger workload while his counterparts are sidelined.
Huddle Up: Barner is part of a fairly crowded backfield in Philadelphia with Mathews, Darren Sproles and Smallwood all likely ahead of him currently. Barner is a valuable return man, though, and may see more opportunities in the passing game considering his physique and agility. For now, view Barner as a late-round gamble with more upside in PPR leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenjon Barner is on the bubble as RB Byron Marshall projects as a younger version of him.
Huddle Up: Even though the Eagles' once-stocked RB depth chart has thinned out, Barner is definitely in danger of losing his roster spot as a Chip Kelly signee who's only had 45 total offensive touches in two NFL seasons.
