Huddle Up: Jones discovered the end zone for the first time this season, ending up with 19 grabs, 190 yards and two scores. He could be up for a bigger role heading into 2019 depending on the team's offseason personnel moves and draft picks.

Huddle Up: Jones entered with just 10 grabs for 108 yards through his first 13 games, but he had a bigger chance due to injuries to others in this one. He might finish up Week 17 strong, as the team gets a look at some of their reserves to evaluate for the offseason and beyond. Still, he shouldn't be trusted by most who are still determining their fantasy champ in the final week.

Huddle Up: Jones was expected to see a bump in targets and snaps with Golden Tate jettisoned during the week, but Jones didn't do much of anything. Of course, no one on the Lions offense did much. That might continue into Week 10 on the road against the Chicago Bears, too.

Huddle Up: Jones played both inside and outside receiver spots last season, and the team still views him as a capable and versatile backup receiver. Still, his fantasy value is rather minimal.

Huddle Up: This was a disappointing outing from Jones given the circumstances, as he had drawn a whopping 17 targets over the previous two weeks. In this one, however, he saw just two balls his way, though he at least made the most of that. Even with Kenny Golladay still out, Jones doesn't look like a worthy option for just about all formats after this dud.

Huddle Up: Jones is often overshadowed by Golden Tate and Marvin Jones in the pass game, but he looked pretty good in this one. He has at least two receptions in each of his past five outings, emerging as a decent WR5 in PPR formats heading into Week 9 at Green Bay.

Detroit Lions WR Kenny Golladay played 44-of-73 offensive snaps in Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals, while fellow No. 3 receiver T.J. Jones finished with 18.

Huddle Up: The rookie obviously earned more playing time this week versus the New York Giants after posting four catches for 69 yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals. It's still too early to plug him into fantasy lineups, but that time they be coming quickly. He's definitely worth adding in all leagues he is still available, but keep him on the bench for now.

Detroit Lions WR T.J. Jones will share the third receiver role with WR Kenny Golladay based on matchups, according to offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter.

Huddle Up: Jones has been bothered by a hamstring injury, and Golladay, despite his ankle woes, has the upside. Jones could have some roster viability if he wins a bigger portion, but right now he's a fringe player to have on rosters.

Detroit Lions WR T.J. Jones has seen plenty of practice times as the slot receiver with the first-team offense during the offseason, and he been able to create consistent separation.

Huddle Up: Jones only had 10 catches for 132 yards and a TD as a rookie last season, but keep an eye on him in camp as it's an extreme passing-game makeover in the Motor City with Megatron no longer in the picture.
