Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward (shoulder) is making progress from a right shoulder surgery. He suffered a sprained AC joint in the first half of the final regular-season game, but he did not need corrective surgery. He has been rehabbing the injury at the team's facility this offseason. "He is in there, he is working with the trainers, working in the weight room," head coach Robert Saleh said. "We are up to date. I am not going to put a timetable on anything, but he is progressing really well."
Huddle Up: Ward showed some signs of life down the stretch, but he was never able to emerge from the QB2 neighborhood in fantasy leagues. Still, his arrow was pointing upward at the end of his rookie season. He should be a QB2 once again in 2026 in most fantasy leagues, but he has tremendous upside, and he is a great option in long-term keeper formats.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward (shoulder) resumed throwing with his personal quarterback coach earlier this week, according to Cameron Wolfe on NFL Network on Friday, March 13.
Huddle Up: Ward was diagnosed with an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder in early January. Since that time, the front office added Brian Daboll as the offensive coordinator and Wan'Dale Robinson to give him a dynamic option out of the slot. Considering how little he had to work with as a rookie, the aforementioned upgrades alone should help Ward immensely. If he can run a bit more in 2026, Ward has a decent chance of being a capable QB2 in fantasy.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward (shoulder) is "recovering well" from his sprained AC joint and is expected to begin throwing in about three weeks, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.
Huddle Up: Ward took his share if lumps during his rookie season, but he made positive strides as the year went on. He remains a solid dynasty asset, and if the Titans can upgrade around him this offseason, a QB2 campaign is certainly possible in 2026.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward's (shoulder) offseason work hasn't been affected by a sprained AC joint because he has mostly been working on footwork.
Huddle Up: Davenport also noted that Ward's offseason will be challenging because he's also learning Brian Daboll's new offense. Ward was the QB22 in fantasy last season, and if you think about how bad the Titans were in 2025, that's not a bad season. If they can upgrade the o-line to avoid Ward becoming a punching bag again, and add some weapons, he could be a matchup play QB2 next season.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward threw 10 touchdowns and only one interception during the second half of the 2025 regular season. He threw five touchdowns and six interceptions during the first half of the season.
Huddle Up: Ward struggled at times during his rookie season but seemed to become more comfortable as the season went on. He will be working in a new offensive system next season but will probably start 2026 as a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward threw 10 of his 15 touchdown passes during the final eight games, and he only had one of his seven interceptions during that span.
Huddle Up: While Ward endured plenty of growing pains, his numbers did trend in the right direction as the season went on. In fact, Ward threw multiple touchdowns in four of the final five games. If the Titans can improve Ward's supporting cast, he could make another leap in 2026. He will be a QB2 with upside to start next season.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward was sacked 55 times during the 2025 regular season, which was tied for the most in the NFL.
Huddle Up: Ward had some inconsistent performances during the regular season but was playing better late in the season and will look to improve under offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. He probably should be considered a No. 2 fantasy quarterback to start the season but has a chance to become a low-end No. 1 quarterback if he plays well.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward fumbled 11 times during the 2025 regular season, which was tied for the most in the NFL.
Huddle Up: Ward was inconsistent during his rookie season but did play well during the second half of the season. He will be working in a new offensive system next season but will likely start 2026 as a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Tennesee Titans QB Cam Ward (shoulder) suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder in the season finale and will not require surgery.
Huddle Up: The rookie made strides at the end of the season, finishing as the QB20 over the last five weeks. He threw for 907 yards, eight TDs and just one INT. He'll be an upside QB2 in next season's drafts.

Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward (shoulder) went 3-for-3 for 52 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 18 before leaving the game because of a shoulder injury. He also rushed for 11 yards and one touchdown on two carries during the game.
Huddle Up: Ward may miss some practice time this offseason but should be fine for the start of training camp next season. He played well at times during his rookie season and should not have any competition for the job in 2026. He will likely be a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues next season.
