Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) and DE Ogbo Okoronkwo (knee) did not take part in practice on Friday, Dec. 27, and were ruled out for Week 17. Also, WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) was limited but was ruled out, QB Jameis Winston (shoulder) was limited and is questionable, WR Jerry Jeudy (knee, shin) was limited but carries no designation and LB Devin Bush (shoulder), CB Martin Emerson (back), LB Khaleke Hudson (back), OG Germain Ifedi (Achilles) and QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (calf) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins.
Huddle Up: Njoku powered his way through a hamstring injury and somehow posted eight catches with Dorian Thompson-Robinson as his quarterback in Week 16 despite only one limited practice, but he will not pull off the same feat this week. Jordan Akins will replace him in the lineup but is not a recommended fantasy option. With Cleveland eliminated from postseason consideration, it seems unlikely Njoku will play in the season finale against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18 either.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku did not practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Huddle Up: Njoku followed the same path last week before turning in a limited session on Friday and suiting up on Sunday, so he's definitely got a chance to play. Njoku was the only Browns pass-catcher to thrive with Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center, which keeps him in the TE1 conversation.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 25. The Browns did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Njoku was able to play in the last game despite the injury and will have a chance to play in Week 17 even if he does not do much during practice this week. Fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation because Njoku should be a starting option in all leagues if active.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) had an MRI Monday, Dec. 23, and head coach Kevin Stefanski said the team doesn't have any updated information on the tests yet.
Huddle Up: Njoku carried a questionable tag into the Week 16 game in Cincinnati, and he looked good. However, with this ongoing issue, and the fact unproven QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson is under center, it might be a good idea to avoid Njoku for Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins.
