Updating previous reports, San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury during the team's Super Bowl LVIII loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Feb. 11. Kittle was able to return to the game but finished with just two receptions for four yards. He was targeted three times.
