Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (foot) heads into the team's offseason program with a clean bill of health. "He's good to go," head coach Joe Brady said at the league's annual meetings in Phoenix. "The thing about (Josh), he got surgery after the season, but he's playing as if you think there's nothing wrong with him. The guy could barely walk, and then he's playing games and it's not impacting (his play). He's built different."
Huddle Up: Allen should be fully healthy by the time the regular season starts, and he has plenty of time in the offseason to build rapport with new receiver DJ Moore. Allen will once again be a top-notch fantasy option in 2026.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen's 301 total touchdowns through his first eight seasons are the most in NFL history, and he has more touchdowns than six teams during that span.
Huddle Up: Allen has thrown for at least 25 touchdowns in six straight seasons, and he has rushed for at least 12 scores in three straight. His ability to hurt defenses with his arm and his legs should have him in the mix to be the overall QB1 in 2026.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (foot) underwent surgery on Monday, Jan. 26, and will make a full recovery.
Huddle Up: Allen insists he could play this week if he had to, which indicates this will be no issue in 2026. He is very much in the talk for QB1 overall, but will be a top fantasy option regardless.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (foot) might need a foot procedure in the offseason, according to general manager Brandon Beane. The operation would not keep him out long enough to jeopardize his availabilty for organized team activities.
Huddle Up: Allen was the QB1 for the fantasy season, and that was with some shaky options at receiver. There's no reason to think he won't be a top-three target at the position again next season.
