San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk did not participate in the voluntary workout Tuesday, May 21.
Huddle Up: Aiyuk is looking for a new contract and did ask for a trade this offseason, so he may not report to the team until training camp. He will be one of the main options in the passing game if he remains with the 49ers and will be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk, RB Christian McCaffrey and WR Jauan Jennings were not present for the second day of organized team activities on Tuesday, May 21.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk is still in the team's long-term plans as they try to sign him to a long-term deal.
Huddle Up: Aiyuk established himself as an elite receiver last year, and entering a contract year only supports his WR1 candidacy.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel and WR Brandon Aiyuk are players the 49ers are not looking to trade, according to general manager John Lynch.
Huddle Up: Both Samuel and Aiyuk were rumored to be on the trade block during the 2024 NFL Draft, but it seems like both will be at training camp despite the team drafting two receivers. Both receivers will be weekly starting options in all leagues if they remain with the 49ers.

San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch said the team did not seriously consider trading WR Deebo Samuel or WR Brandon Aiyuk during the second day of the 2024 NFL Draft Friday, April 26.

Updating a previous report, San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel appears more likely to be traded at this point than teammate Brandon Aiyuk. According to Boston Sports Journal's Mike Giardi, the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots are the two teams showing the most interest in acquiring Samuel - presumably with their selections at the top of the second round.
Huddle Up: Samuel landing with the Patriots is not an outcome fantasy managers want to see, as the combination of Jacoby Brissett and Drake Maye is highly unlikely to maximize his skill set. A trade with Buffalo would be more interesting, but the Bills already have a Swiss Army knife receiver in Curtis Samuel. Deebo Samuel would be the most attractive Buffalo receiver to draft, but he will likely struggle to maintain the same WR2 value he currently enjoys with San Francisco.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk has been the subject of trade conversations with the New England Patriots.
Huddle Up: Aiyuk was the WR13 in PPR leagues in 15 games last season as he has ascended to the WR1 area in drafts.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel is more likely to be traded than WR Brandon Aiyuk, according to teams that Michael Silver of the San Francisco Chronicle has spoken with.
Huddle Up: The 49ers selected Ricky Pearsall in the first round of the draft, and if either Samuel or Aiyuk is dealt, it should result in more targets for the rookie. If Samuel ends up being moved, Aiyuk will have WR1 upside.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk and WR Deebo Samuel have been mentioned as possible trade options as the team looks to move up in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Aiyuk has been looking for a new contract, so he has been mentioned in trade rumors, but Samuel is a possible new option for teams. Both receivers will be starters no matter where they play this upcoming season and can be weekly starting options in all fantasy leagues.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk is believed to be looking for more than $25 million per season in a new contract, sources told San Francisco Chronicle's Michael Silver.
Huddle Up: Aiyuk has been rumored as a possible trade candidate this offseason, but the 49ers have said they would like to keep him long term. He will be a starter no matter where he plays in 2024 and can be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.
