Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) was a full participant in practice on Thursday, Oct. 17, after not practicing the day before.
Huddle Up: Pittman Jr. is now on track to suit up, although the bad news is Anthony Richardson is expected back and will likely be a downgrade for Colts pass-catchers. Pittman Jr. only has one game north of 37 yards but he has scored a touchdown in each of the last two games. He's a touchdown-dependent flex option in Week 7.

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.
Huddle Up: Pittman probably will return to practice later in the week and should be on track to play in Week 7. He is the main receiver for the Colts and can be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. finished with three receptions for 35 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 6 against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Pittman has managed three or more receptions and five or more targets in all six of his games. His yardage totals have been marginal, sans for a 113-yard explosion in Week 4. Since he has scored in each of the past two games, he is back as a reasonable WR3 fantasy option, as he has really developed a nice rapport with Joe Flacco.

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) is officially active for the Week 6 game.
Huddle Up: Pittman was expected to miss some time because of the back injury but seems to have made significant progress in order to play this week. It is not known if he will be limited at all but should be a starting option in fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 11, but is listed as questionable for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Pittman was expected to miss several weeks because of the injury but seems to have make significant progress and has a chance to play in Week 6. Fantasy players should monitor the situation over the next few days because Pittman can be a starting option in fantasy leagues if he plays.

OT Braden Smith (knee, ankle) did not practice on Friday, Oct. 11, and is listed as questionable. Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) was spotted at practice "in some capacity" on Friday, Oct. 11, according to The Athletic's James Boyd.
Huddle Up: Boyd provided video of Pittman making two deep catches during practice, which is quite the turnaround for a player who is less than one week removed from suffering a back injury that was supposedly bad enough that an IR stint was being considered. We shall see in a few hours if the Colts will leave the door open for him to play in Week 6, but fantasy managers should still not expect him to play versus the Tennessee Titans until they receive something more concrete. Assuming Pittman is sidelined, Josh Downs (toe) should expect to keep quite busy if he plays. If both Pittman and Downs cannot go, Adonai Mitchell and Alec Pierce should be expected to start.

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) did not practice once again on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Huddle Up: Pittman is expected to miss multiple weeks with a back issue. That paves the way for Josh Downs to be an every-week WR2 as long as he's healthy, and Alec Pierce enters the flex conversation.
