Seattle Seahawks CB Shemar Jean-Charles (lower body), C Olu Oluwatimi (back), LB Joshua Ross (undisclosed) and DE Tyreke Smith (undisclosed) were able to practice Tuesday, Aug. 19 after missing time due to injuries. Jean-Charles had missed all of training camp due to a lower-body ailment.
