Free-agent DL Khyiris Tonga (Vikings) signed a contract with the Arizona Cardinals on Friday, March 15. Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.

DB Theo Jackson (illness) practiced in full for a second straight day on Friday but is also listed as questionable.
