Huddle Up: Hockenson has yet to reach 50 receiving yards this season, and in the three games that J.J. McCarthy has started, Hockenson has a total of 38 receiving yards. With McCarthy under center, Hockenson is a touchdown-dependent TE2.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson was targeted three times in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Chargers, catching two for 26 yards.
Huddle Up: For the seventh consecutive week, Hockenson failed to reach the 50-yard mark. He also went without a score for the sixth time. The veteran entered the season as a top 10 fantasy tight end, but he has not performed like one with season-to-date averages of 3.9 receptions and 31.7 yards per game. He doesn't have a catch longer than 14 yards this year. While we all know that the Iowa product is capable of more, we're nearly halfway through the season and we've yet to see it. With several young tight ends emerging, Hockenson no longer looks like a fantasy TE1.
