Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Hockenson missed the first half of the season because of a serious knee injury but should be involved in the passing game this week. It is not known if he will be able to receive his normal workload but can still be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Hockenson (knee), S Theo Jackson (hand), TE Josh Oliver (wrist) and OT David Quessenberry (knee) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 31.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) is "ready to play" and looks as "good as he has really looked since we've gotten him here," according to head coach Kevin O'Connell on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Huddle Up: O'Connell did not make any specific comments regarding the number of snaps Hockenson would receive - or any restrictions - in Week 9 against the Indianapolis Colts, but it would be wise to assume he will only play about half of the team's snaps at most. However, that may be enough to make him a decent fantasy starter this week against a defense that has given up big games to Cole Kmet and Jonnu Smith over the last month or so. While giving him a week to prove himself is probably the safe move for fantasy purposes, there is little doubt he possesses overall TE1 upside if he is as healthy as O'Connell believes.

Huddle Up: Hockenson is back on the active roster and should be in uniform for the Week 9 game. He probably will see a decent amount of targets during the game and can be a starting option in most fantasy leagues.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) has been ruled out of the Week 8 game.
Huddle Up: Hockenson appears to be close to returning, but Week 9 appears to be a more realistic target for him. None of the other Vikings tight ends are strong fantasy options.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 23, and is listed as questionable for Week 8.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to keep an eye on the situation to see if Hockenson is activated before the game. He probably will see a good amount of targets when he is cleared to play and can be a No. 1 fantasy tight end in most leagues.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) was limited at practice once again on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The injury report was an estimation, as the Vikings did not hold a full practice.
Huddle Up: Hockenson's 21-day practice window is closing soon, so one would assume he'll be activated this week. Head coach Kevin O'Connell did say there's "very much a possibility" that Hockenson will play this week, but wouldn't not commit to it. While Hockenson is typically a TE1, it's probably best to keep him on the bench this week even if he does suit up, as it's likely Hockenson's workload will be limited in his first game back.

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) was limited during practice Monday, Oct. 21. The Vikings did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Hockenson has been practicing for a few weeks but needs to be activated from the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list before he can play again. He should be a solid part of the passing game when healthy and can be a starting option most weeks.
