Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill's future with the team is uncertain because general manager Ran Carthon said he needs time to evaluate things before making a decision on Tannehill.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should look for a decision on Tannehill soon after the Super Bowl. Tannehill did not post great numbers this season and will only be a low-end No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he remains with the Titans.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Thursday, Dec. 29.
Huddle Up: Tannehill probably will not play again this season even if the Titans make the playoffs, so he can be dropped in all leagues. Joshua Dobbs likely will start the final two games but can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 28, and has been ruled out for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Malik Willis will be receiving another start but has struggled since taking over the starting job. He can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) did not practice Tuesday, Dec. 27.
Huddle Up: Tannehill isn't expected to return this week and he'd be a tough play against the Cowboys anyway.

Tennessee Titans LB Dylan Cole (ankle), LB Zach Cunningham (elbow), LB Bud Dupree (pectoral), T Nicholas Petit-Frere (ankle), DT Jeffery Simmons (ankle), QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle), and CB Josh Thompson (concussion) did not practice Tuesday, Dec. 27. DE Denico Autry (biceps), G Aaron Brewer (calf), CB Kristian Fulton (groin), RB Derrick Henry (hip), and S Amani Hooker (knee) were limited.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) did not participate in practice Monday, Dec. 26. The Titans did not hold a practice Monday, Dec. 26, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Tannehill likely is a long shot to play this week, so Malik Willis is on track to make another start. Willis struggled in the Week 16 game and has not thrown a touchdown in his limited playing time. He should be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle), who underwent surgery on his high ankle sprain earlier this week, will not play again during the regular season and it is considered "unlikely" that he will be able to return for the postseason, according to a league source.
Huddle Up: Rookie QB Malik Willis will make his third career start in Week 16 versus the Houston Texans and will remain as starter while Tannehill is sidelined. Although he has a great deal of upside due to his mobility, he has posted lackluster passing numbers and the Titans haven't used his speed often enough, meaning he's not worthy of consideration as a fantasy league starter.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) did not practice all week and was ruled out for Week 16 on Thursday, Dec. 22.
Huddle Up: Reports suggest Tannehill is likely to miss the rest of the season, leaving rookie quarterback Malik Willis to start in his place. Willis has a ton of upside thanks to his ability to run, but after posting lackluster passing numbers and the Titans not using his legs enough in his previous two starts, Willis doesn't warrant starting consideration.

Tennessee Titans LB Dylan Cole (ankle), OG Nate Davis (ankle), CB Kristian Fulton (groin), C Ben Jones (concussion), CB Terrance Mitchell (hamstring), OL Dillon Radunz (knee), QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) and DB Josh Thompson (concussion) did not practice on Thursday, Dec. 22, and have been ruled out for Week 16. Also, OG Aaron Brewer (rib), S Amani Hooker (knee) and OT Nicholas Petit-Frere (ankle) were limited and are listed as questionable, CB Tre Avery (concussion) and WR Treylon Burks (concussion) practiced in full but are questionable, and OT Dennis Daley (not injury related), DL Denico Autry (knee), RB Derrick Henry (not injury related), DL Jeffery Simmons (ankle) and DB Andrew Adams (wrist) practiced in full and carry no designation into Saturday.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) will "very likely" miss the remainder of the season due to a right ankle injury that is expected to require surgery, a source confirmed Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Huddle Up: Malik Willis will replace Tannehill under center, but while his running ability gives him some upside, Willis will likely spend most of his time handing off to Derrick Henry.
