Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison ran six times for 20 yards in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Chargers, while adding four receptions for 11 yards on five targets.
Huddle Up: Mattison had the chance to be the top tailback at times in 2024, and he was good for 420 rushing yards and a career-low 3.2 yards per carry. He isn't a bad change of pace guy, but he just isn't a workhorse. For fantasy purposes in 2025, he is a late-round flier at best.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison rushed for 32 yards on 10 carries at the New Orleans Saints in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. He was targeted three times, resulting in a six-yard catch.
Huddle Up: Given the disparity in touches between he and Ameer Abdullah, coupled with Mattison's inefficiency, he's entirely avoidable in Week 18 action vs. a fairly tough Los Angeles Chargers run defense.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison rushed 12 times for 27 yards and a touchdown in Week 16 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, while adding four receptions for 29 yards on seven targets.
Huddle Up: Mattison bounced back after being limited to seven carries due to a lost fumble. Still, he'll need to do much better than 2.3 yards per carry if he wants to carve out a larger role in the offense.

Las Vegas Raiders OG Jordan Meredith (ankle) did not take part in practice on Friday, Dec. 20, and is doubtful for Week 16. Also, CB Sam Webb (back, illness), LB Kana'i Mauga (illness) and CB Nate Hobbs (illness) did not take part in practice and are questionable, and RB Alexander Mattison (neck), WR Jakobi Meyers (ankle), QB Aidan O'Connell (knee) and QB Desmond Ridder (hip) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison (neck) was a full participant in practice for the third straight day on Friday, Dec. 20, and was removed from the Week 16 injury report.
Huddle Up: With Sincere McCormick out for the season, Mattison is on the flex radar in a soft matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison (neck) was a full participant in practice once again on Thursday, Dec. 19.
Huddle Up: With Sincere McCormick out for the season, Mattison will take over the Raiders' backfield once again. He's on the flex radar in Week 16 thanks to a soft matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison (neck) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Huddle Up: Mattison is in line to receive most of the work at running back with Sincere McCormick out for the season. He can be considered a possible flex option in most fantasy leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison ran seven times for just 21 yards in Week 15 against the Atlanta Falcons, while adding two receptions for three yards on four targets.
Huddle Up: Mattison has been sidelined since leaving the Week 11 game due to an ankle injury. He did very little, but with Sincere McCormick leaving with an injury and Ameer Abdullah doing nothing on the ground, it's possible Mattison sees the lead back role again in Week 16. Still, he is nothing more than an RB4 or flex fantasy option at this point.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Alexander Mattison (ankle) was a full participant in practice for the third straight day on Saturday, Dec. 14, and was removed from the Week 15 injury report.
Huddle Up: Mattison took over lead-back duties during the season but Sincere McCormick has taken control of the backfield in his absence and was announced as the starter moving forward. As a result, Mattison is not a viable starter in Week 15.
