Huddle Up: Smith-Njigba has caught nine passes for 57 yards through three games, and his Week 3 performance was his worst to date. Better days are likely ahead for the rookie, but he just isn't a focal point of the offense at this point. Leave him on the bench for now.

Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (wrist) will play in Week 1, according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Huddle Up: He was likely taken as your WR4 and will be a flex candidate in Week 1. If you have a better option, though, it's probably best to go that route because we don't know how much he'll play or how many targets to expect.

Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (wrist) is on track to play in the Week 1 game, according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should monitor the situation during the week to have a better understanding on Smith-Njigba's status for Week 1. He is expected to be the No. 3 receiver for the Seahawks this season but may be a risky fantasy option this week because of the injury.

Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (wrist) is expected to begin the season on the active roster and is unlikely to begin on the Reserve/Injured list, according to a source.
Huddle Up: It suggests that JSN has a better than 50-50 shot of playing and contributing in Week 2 or Week 3, although it might be a lot to ask for him to be viable in fantasy over that time. Either way, it is great news for a player who stood out for Seattle during camp. It would not be surprising if the rookie emerges as an every-week WR3 option sometime in October.
