Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane ended up with 10 rushing attempts for just 15 yards in Week 4 against the Tennessee Titans, while adding three receptions for 14 yards on his three targets.
Huddle Up: Achane has suffered tremendously since Tua Tagovailoa went down, as opposing defenses are stacking the box, daring Miami to pass, because they don't respect any of the backup signal callers to fill Tua's shoes so far. Achane might be able to get free on short routes out of the backfield, helping those in PPR leagues, but he has just 45 rushing yards on 21 carries in the past two games, and that's alarming for fantasy managers. The Dolphins travel to meet the Patriots in Week 5, and he is more of a low-end RB3 or flex play.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane rushed 11 times for 30 yards and caught three passes for 28 yards in a 24-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins were forced to go with Tim Boyle at quarterback after Skylar Thompson left with an injury, and the offense understandibly struggled. Achane still has big-play ability, but unless Miami can upgrade at the quarterback spot, he is likely going to suffer through more quiet weeks moving forward.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (ankle) carried the ball 22 times for 96 yards versus the Buffalo Bills in Week 2. He also had seven receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown. Achane set game highs in carries, receptions, targets (seven), rushing yards, and receiving yards in the losing effort.
Huddle Up: With Raheem Mostert (chest) out of action, the Dolphins leaned heavily on Achane, who touched the ball 29 times in a game where Miami had a combined 59 rushes/receptions. You could make a compelling case he shouldn't have been in the game toward the end, but fantasy owners didn't mind. No matter what happens at quarterback, Achane is in line for a big role. We still need to see him and Mostert both healthy for a full game to get a more accurate read on what the split will be, but the second-year back certainly looks like an RB1 right now.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (ankle) is officially active for the Week 2 game.
Huddle Up: Achane probably will receive his normal workload even though he missed some practice time this week because of the injury. He should be a starting option in all leagues this week.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (ankle) will work out before the game Thursday, Sept. 12, to determine his status. However, based on how he felt at practice Wednesday, Sept. 11, there is optimism he plays.
Huddle Up: With Raheem Mostert out, Achane will be an RB1. There is some concern of re-injury with the short week, though. So Jeff Wilson Jr. is a flex option either way.

Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (chest) and WR Malik Washington (quadriceps) did not practice on Wednesday, Sept. 11, and have been ruled out for Week 2. In addition, RB De'Von Achane (ankle) and DB Elijah Campbell (Achilles) were limited and are questionable, LB Jaelan Phillips (Achilles) was limited but carries no designation, and OT Liam Eichenberg (shoulder) and CB Jalen Ramsey (hamstring) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (ankle) will be a game-time decision against the Buffalo Bills in Week 2.
Huddle Up: Raheem Mostert (chest) is out, and Jeff Wilson Jr. and Jaylen Wright will be the next in line if Achane is unable to go. Pick up both backs for potential flex plays Thursday night.

Miami Dolphins RBs Raheem Mostert (chest) and De'Von Achane (ankle) did not participate in the team's walk-through on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Huddle Up: Mostert and Achane each missed time last season, which likely contributed a bit to Miami's decision to move up in the draft to select Jaylen Wright this spring. While Wright was inactive in the opener, it was likely only because teams rarely have four running backs active on game day and Jeff Wilson brings value on special teams. If Mostert and Achane cannot play on Thursday against the Buffalo Bills, there is a distinct possibility Wright finishes as a top-15 back and Wilson is worth a flex play.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (ankle) did not participate in practice Monday, Sept. 9. The Dolphins did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see if Achane will be able to play in Week 2. He posted 100 total yards in the season opener and will be a starting option in all fantasy leagues if he is cleared to play.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane rushed 10 times for just 24 yards in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he was able to record a rushing score. He also added seven receptions for 76 yards on his seven targets.
Huddle Up: The rushing numbers were awful, and it was Jeff Wilson Jr. who actually led the team in rushing yardage in Week 1. But PPR fantasy managers are more than pleased with Achane's production, especially in the pass game. He'll look to keep cooking in Week 2 with a short turnaround against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night.
