Jacksonville Jaguars RB Carlos Hyde (shoulder) felt discomfort in his shoulder upon arriving to the stadium on Thursday, Sept. 30, and was held out of the team's Week 4 game against the Cincinnati Bengals as a result.
Huddle Up: Hyde has seen a decent amount of action in the early going, but James Robinson is the better back and has put together two strong games in a row. Regardless of the severity of this injury, Hyde offers little to fantasy owners at this time.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Carlos Hyde rushed nine times for 44 yards and caught two passes for 14 yards in a 37-21 loss to the Houston Texans in Week 1.
Huddle Up: Hyde surprisingly led the team in carries, but Jacksonville's 27-point deficit was likely the reason he saw more work than James Robinson. Still, Hyde is a player to keep in mind in case Robinson were to miss time at any point.

Impending free-agent RB Carlos Hyde (Seahawks) reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract worth $6 million with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday, March 15.
Huddle Up: Hyde is just the kind of player fantasy owners of James Robinson wanted to see the Jaguars sign: someone good enough to use as a handcuff, but not a high-end talent likely to steal a bunch of work from last year's surprise undrafted rookie free agent. Hyde will reunite with his former college coach at Ohio State in Urban Meyer, but his fantasy value figures to be about the same as it was last year behind Chris Carson - a handcuff capable of being a serviceable RB2 if Robinson gets hurt but an RB5 otherwise.

Seattle Seahawks RB Carlos Hyde (illness) was a full participant at practice Tuesday, Jan. 5.
Huddle Up: The Wild Card matchup against the Los Angeles Rams isn't enticing enough to support two fantasy-relevant RBs from Seattle and Chris Carson is clearly the No. 1 option. Hyde should be left out of all lineups.

Seattle Seahawks RB Carlos Hyde (illness) has been ruled out of the Week 17 game.
Huddle Up: Rashaad Penny may see some carries with Hyde out of the lineup. Fantasy players should be able to find better options for their lineups and can avoid Penny.

Seattle Seahawks RB Carlos Hyde (illness) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 1, and is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Hyde has missed all three practices this week and probably will be a game-time decision for the Week 17 game. He has a decent role in the offense when healthy, but fantasy players may want to look for other options and keep Hyde on the bench.
