New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed for 66 yards on 16 carries against the Washington Commanders in Week 9.
Huddle Up: Tracy was not as successful as he was in Week 8 but still led the team in carries and rushing yards. It appears he has taken over as the No. 1 running back for the Giants and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Tracy has passed his concussion tests and should be on the field for the game this week. He is coming off an outstanding performance in Week 8 and should see a good amount of touches in Week 9. He can be at least a flex option in most fantasy leagues.

New York Giants P Jamie Gillan (hamstring) and PK Greg Joseph (abdomen) did not practice on Friday, Nov. 1, and have been ruled out for Week 9 versus the Washington Commanders. LB Bryce Ford-Wheaton (Achilles) was upgraded to a limited practice on Friday but is listed as doubtful. LB Ty Summers (ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. WR Ihmir Smith-Marsette (ankle), CB Cor'Dale Flott (groin), CB Tre Hawkins III (ankle), CB Adoree' Jackson (neck), OG Jake Kubas (abdomen), C John Michael Schmitz (calf) and OG Jon Runyan Jr. (foot) were limited in practice on Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. LB Matthew Adams (knee), OL Joshua Ezeudu (knee), DT Dexter Lawrence (rest), RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion), LB Brian Burns (Achilles, biceps) and OL Jermaine Eluemunor (hip) practiced in full on Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) will practice without restrictions and is in the final stage of the concussion protocol, head coach Brian Daboll said Friday, Nov. 1.
Huddle Up: Tracy now just needs to get cleared by the independent neurologist in order to get cleared. Barring a setback, the rookie should be an RB2 option for managers against the Washington Commanders.

Updating a previous report, New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) was limited at practice on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Huddle Up: Tracy was spotted wearing a non-contact jersey on Thursday, which at least gives him a chance to suit up on a short week for the Giants after their Monday night loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Friday's practice participation will be key, but the list of players who clear the protocol in less than one week is a small one. Devin Singletary should still be considered the favorite to start in Week 9 versus the Washington Commanders, but Tracy's progression makes it likely he will, at worst, be good to go in Week 10.

New York Giants WR Bryce Ford-Wheaton (Achilles) and P Jamie Gillan (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday, Oct. 31. New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) was at practice wearing a red non-contact jersey Thursday, Oct. 31.
Huddle Up: This is a very good sign for Tracy's chances to play this week. He still needs to log a full practice and then get cleared by the independent neurologist. If the rookie is active, he's a strong RB2 option even against an improving Washington Commanders defense.

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 30.
Huddle Up: Tracy had an outstanding Week 8 performance but may not be available this week if he does not pass his concussion tests. Fantasy players should monitor the situation because he could be a possible flex option if he is cleared to play.

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) told reporters as he was exiting the locker room Monday, Oct. 28, that he couldn't answer questions because he's in the concussion protocol.
Huddle Up: Tracy went off for a 20-145-1 evening on the ground and has certainly pulled ahead of Devin Singletary in the backfield. Both of them are pretty interchangeable, though. So Tracy owners should not get comfortable based on his past two weeks. He's a low-end RB2 right now if he's able to suit up Sunday against the Washington Commanders.

Updating a previous report, New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (head) rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in Week 8 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, while he added two receptions for five yards on three targets. He left the game in the fourth quarter after hitting his head on the turf on a hard tackle, and he was unable to return.
Huddle Up: Tracy left the game earlier due to a shoulder injury, but he made it back. He has blown past Devin Singletary for the lead tailback duties for Big Blue, but if he is forced to miss Week 9 against the Washington Commanders, it would be Motor returning to the starting job. When healthy, Tracy is looking like a legit RB2 in most fantasy leagues.
