Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown told Jim Wyatt of the team's website that he noticed he looked fatigued in the fourth quarter of games in 2019 and has spent the offseason making sure to avoid a similar fate. 'I have to be able to go through the entire game and make my routes look the same. I have to be well-conditioned. ... Looking back at some film, I left some plays out there because I was a little tired. I want to be all-around complete. ... I am definitely in a better place (physically), and I'm in a better shape mentally as well,' Brown said.
Huddle Up: Brown is a strong consideration for fantasy owners in the third round area after the elite receivers come off the board, and he quickly proved as a rookie he will be one of the better run-after-catch wideouts in the league for years to come. Tennessee's conservative offensive philosophy figures to put a bit of a ceiling on his vast potential, but he's still more than capable of a top-10 finish at his position in fantasy.

Updating a previous story, Tennessee Titans WR Corey Davis (toe) is on the Physically Unable to Perform list as a result of offseason toe surgery. He's not expected to miss any games.
Huddle Up: This would be a greater concern if Davis was actually missing meaningful practices while on the PUP list. There shouldn't be any major concern, and he'll still enter the season as the No. 2 option behind A.J. Brown.

Tennessee Titans RB Darrynton Evans has impressed QB Ryan Tannehill with his receiving ability. 'Catching the football, really natural,' Tannehill said. 'When you see a running back catch the ball naturally, whether they're coming out of the backfield or split out wide, it definitely adds another element to the offense and can give defenses a hard time.'
Huddle Up: After the Titans handed out a big extension to workhorse Derrick Henry, Evans probably won't see enough touches, even as a receiver out of the backfield, to warrant a starting spot in fantasy leagues. However, Henry owners may want to add Evans as a handcuff.

Tennessee Titans WR Corey Davis (undisclosed) was placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list Tuesday, July 28.
Huddle Up: While Davis isn't yet in jeopardy of missing the start of the 2020 season, A.J. Brown's stock rises even higher as the clear No. 1 option in Tennessee. Adam Humphries could warrant a late-round flier if Davis is headed for missed time.

Tennessee Titans TE Jonnu Smith is the 'undisputed TE1' heading into 2020, according to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com, and Wyatt said he is optimistic Smith will take 'another big step' forward this season.
Huddle Up: Smith is coming off career highs in both catches and yards, and with Delanie Walker out of the picture, his number could climb even higher. Smith should at least be a useful streaming option, and low-end TE1 production isn't out of the question.

Tennessee Titans third-round draft choice RB Darrynton Evans signed a four-year contract with the Titans Wednesday, July 22. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Evans likely will serve as the primary backup for the Titans and could be used on third downs. He probably will see a handful of touches each game but can be avoided in most standard leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry agreed to a new four-year contract with the Titans Wednesday, July 15. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: The Titans were able to sign Henry and Ryan Tannehill to long-term deals this offseason, so fantasy players should expect a similar offense this season. Henry will receive plenty of carries each game and should be a No. 1 running back in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry is expected to reach a long-term contract extension agreement before the deadline, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Henry was the top rusher in the NFL and will continue to be a focal point on offense for the Titans. He should be a first-round pick in all fantasy leagues and will be a weekly starting option.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry is unlikely to strike a long-term deal by the franchise tag deadline Wednesday, July 15, according to a source. He's scheduled to make $10.27 million and become a free agent next offseason.
Huddle Up: Henry is a stud RB1 in fantasy, but he suffers in PPR formats and may drop closer to a midrange RB1.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry is not close to a long-term contract extension at this point. Henry's representatives have been talking with the Titans this offseason about a new deal.
Huddle Up: The two sides have a week to reach a deal or Henry will play on the one-year contract he signed. Henry is one of the top running back in the NFL and should be a first-round pick in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans third-round pick RB Darrynton Evans is expected to fill RB Dion Lewis' role on third down.
Huddle Up: Evans is merely a handcuff in fantasy to Derrick Henry at face value. However, if something happens, and Henry decides to hold out instead of signing his franchise tender, Evans could be more intriguing.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown recorded six receptions of at least 50 yards in 2019. No other receiver in the NFL had more than four receptions of at least 50 yards.
Huddle Up: Brown earned the No. 1 receiver job last season and will be the focal point in the passing game for the Titans. He should be at least a No. 2 fantasy receiver in leagues and will be a weekly starting option.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry has averaged 4.5 yards per carry after contact over the last two seasons.
Huddle Up: Henry was the main focus on offense for the Titans during the 2019 season and was one of the top running backs in the NFL. He will see plenty of carries again this upcoming season and will be a No. 1 running back in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown recorded 646 receiving yards on play action passes during the 2019 season, which ranked first in the NFL.
Huddle Up: Brown had a terrific rookie season and will be the main option in the passing game for the Titans in 2020. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry's agent has talked with the Titans multiple times over the last few weeks regarding a long-term contract for Henry, according to general manager Jon Robinson.
Huddle Up: Henry has until the end of July to reach a long-term contract with the Titans. He was one of the top running backs in the NFL last season and should receive a similar workload in 2020. He should be a first-round pick in fantasy drafts.

Tennessee Titans WR Corey Davis is still well liked by the coaching staff, according to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com, but Wyatt believes Davis is playing for his future with the team in 2020.
Huddle Up: Even in Tennessee's run-heavy offense, Davis hasn't lived up to the expectations of a former No. 5 overall pick. He's worth grabbing in the later rounds in case he finally puts it all together, but he may just end up being dead weight.

Tennessee Titans RB Darrynton Evans' role will be determined on how much he will be able to handle, according to head coach Arthur Smith. Evans probably will be used when RB Derrick Henry needs a rest.
Huddle Up: The Titans do not have a clear No. 2 running back, so Evans could earn the job with a solid training camp. He probably will see a handful of touches each game but can be avoided in most leagues since Henry will see a lot of work.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry's carries will change depending on how each game is going this upcoming season, according to offensive coordinator Arthur Smith.
Huddle Up: Henry was one of the top running backs this season and should continue to be a focal point on offense even if the team decides to rest him more often in 2020. He likely will be a first round pick in most fantasy drafts and will be a must-start player.

Tennessee Titans WR Corey Davis made some big plays last season and should improve his play in 2020, according to offensive coordinator Arthur Smith.
Huddle Up: Davis saw a big drop in his stats from 2018 to 2019 and finished with only 601 yards and two touchdowns this past season. He likely will be a starter again for the Titans but may only be a late round option in fantasy drafts.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed for at least 10 yards on 42 carries during the 2019 regular season, which ranked second in the NFL.
Huddle Up: Henry was one of the top running backs in the NFL in 2019 and should continue to see plenty of carries this upcoming season. He likely will be selected in one of the first few rounds of fantasy drafts and will be a must-start option each week.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown in 2019 became the first rookie since Hall of Famer Randy Moss (1998) to have a minimum of 50 catches, 1,000 receiving yards and five touchdowns while averaging 17-plus yards per catch, plus four touchdown catches of 50-plus yards, according to Jim Wyatt of the team's website. Brown is also the only NFL rookie since 1970 with 1,000-plus receiving yards and an average of 20-plus yards per reception, and he led the NFL with 605 receiving yards over his final six games of the regular season.
Huddle Up: Brown is a prime candidate for regression across the board in 2020 even if his final numbers don't end up reflecting it. There are the usual caveats of defenses making him the primary focus in the passing game and having all season to prepare for him, but there just aren't many receivers capable of averaging 20 yards per catch on a regular basis. Brown is about as good after the catch as any receiver, however, so he should be considered a solid fantasy WR2 with WR1 upside.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill led all qualified passers in 2019 with a completion percentage over expected of plus-8.0 percent, according to Next Gen Stats. The stat measures the difference between a QB's actual completion percentage and expected completion percentage based on the level of difficulty of their throws.
Huddle Up: The Titans took note and signed Tannehill to a four-year, $118 million extension this offseason. He'll enter the 2020 season as a low-end QB1 after his 2019 breakout.

Tennessee Titans TE Jonnu Smith said he has been working out with QB Ryan Tannehill at a local park over the last few weeks so they can improve their chemistry.
Huddle Up: Smith will be taking over the starting tight end job with Delanie Walker no longer on the team. He posted a career-high 439 yards this past season and should be able to improve his numbers in 2020. He can be considered at least a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill saw his receivers pick up more than 20 yards after the catch on a league-high 4.9 percent of his passes in 2019.
Huddle Up: It's not a big surprise considering Tannehill benefited from at least one play of 40-plus yards in each of his last seven regular-season games. Much of the credit for all those big plays was A.J. Brown, who averaged 8.9 yards after the catch as a rookie - the best mark of any qualified receiver. While Brown should be expected to remain a run-after-catch machine, Tannehill is highly unlikely to be so fortunate again this season with big plays. Consider him a solid fantasy QB2.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry is the only running back in the league with at least 500 carries since 2017 to average at least four yards after contact, according to Pro Football Focus.
Huddle Up: It shouldn't come as a shock that a 247-pound back tends to fall forward after contact, but Henry is special in that he usually powers through contact and has explosiveness to go the distance when he has the opportunity. Even though he has already been a league four years, he has only 888 career touches. Despite his relative lack of involvement in the passing game, Henry should be a solid first-round pick in the majority of fantasy leagues this summer.

The Tennessee Titans added some lightning to their running game with the selection of RB Darrynton Evans in the third-round of the NFL Draft. Evans believes his speed and play style meshes well with RB Derrick Henry's style. 'I can change the pace of the game whether you need 80 yards on a quick play or just any kind of explosive plays. I just feel like I can get the job done and we can be a great little combination,' Evans said. Evans was clocked at 4.41 in the 40-yard dash at the combine and his one-cut ability makes him dangerous in the open field, as does his run-after-catch talents on screen plays. The team could also utilize Evans on special teams.
Huddle Up: Evans likely will take over the role vacated by Dion Lewis, a cap casualty this offseason, who had a 54-209-0 run line last year, while also chipping in 26 receptions for 164 yards and one touchdown. He's a late-round consideration in PPR leagues.

Updating previous reports, Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry signed his franchise tender Thursday, April 2. Henry and the Titans remain committed to reaching a long-term agreement before the July 15 deadline.
Huddle Up: This is reassuring, since there may have been enough speculation to the contrary to make fantasy footballers nervous. Look for Henry to be rumbling as a No. 1 fantasy back on Sundays, provided we have football games in which he can rumble.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry received the franchise tag Monday, March 16.
Huddle Up: Henry was the rushing champion in 15 games with 1,540 yards and 16 scores. In PPR leagues, though, he fell from second to fifth in fantasy points. You can make a case for him to be the top option in non-PPR drafts, but he absolutely suffers when receptions are awarded.
