Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown (illness) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 22, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Brown appears to have recovered from his illness and should be able to handle his normal workload against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is coming off his best game of the season and can be a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues this week.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 22, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Henry has rushed for at least 100 yards in each of the last five games and leads the NFL in carries, rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Julio Jones (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 22, and is listed as questionable for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Jones is optimistic about his status for the game, but fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He will be a risky fantasy option if he is active but can still be at least a No. 3 receiver or flex option in leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown (illness) posted on Twitter Thursday, Oct. 21, that his body is still rejecting food after a battle with food poisoning.
Huddle Up: It's possible he sees a limited practice Friday and is able to go Sunday after some intravenous fluids this weekend. Keep an eye on the WR2.

Tennessee Titans WR Julio Jones (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Jones appears to have made some progress in his recovery, but his status for Week 7 is still uncertain. He may be a game-time decision, so fantasy players will need to monitor the situation. He will be a risky option if he is active but can still be a No. 3 receiver or flex option.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Henry has posted 10 rushing touchdowns so far this season with six of them coming in the last two weeks. He probably is the most valuable player in fantasy football and is a must-start option.

Tennessee Titans WR Julio Jones (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 20.
Huddle Up: Jones suffered another hamstring injury in the last game and likely will be at least questionable for the Week 7 game. He has been a bit inconsistent this season but can still be a No. 3 receiver in leagues when healthy.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown (illness) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 20.
Huddle Up: Brown was able to play in the last week and likely will return to practice later in the week. He is coming off his best game of the season and has been targeted at least eight times in three of the five games in 2021. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues this week if he plays.

Tennessee Titans WR Julio Jones (hamstring) is considered day-to-day after aggravating his hamstring injury Tuesday, Oct. 19.
Huddle Up: Expect the Titans to limit him in practice all week leading up to their showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine appeared to get the most snaps in his place after he left the game Monday night, and it would seem as though he would stand to benefit the most if Jones is ultimately ruled out. That does not appear to be the most likely outcome, however. If Jones can play, consider him a WR3 with significant upside in Week 7.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed 23 times for 188 yards and two touchdowns against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019.
Huddle Up: The Titans lost LT Taylor Lewan and WR Julio Jones to injuries that will likely keep them out of this game. Henry caught two balls for 13 yards on three targets in Week 6, and he could continue to see a few targets with Jones out. He also has six rushing TDs in the last two games. He's a fantastic RB1 to have right now despite his sparse receiving numbers.

Tennessee Titans WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine registered three receptions for 27 yards on three targets in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills, with all three targets and catches coming in the fourth quarter.
Huddle Up: Westbrook-Ikhine was used late in key situations, as QB Ryan Tannehill showed tremendous trust when he needed a receiver most. Still, with A.J. Brown and Julio Jones healthy, NWI is a No. 3 wideout at best on this team, battling Chester Rogers for targets. His fantasy appeal is rather minimal.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown posted seven receptions for 91 yards on nine targets in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills. He said Monday, Oct. 18, that he had food poisoning and lost eight pounds Sunday, Oct. 17. He had three IVs during the game.
Huddle Up: Brown did a pretty good job battling through the bubble guts and dehydration, showing out and tying a game high with 91 yards. He'll look to keep up the good work in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill completed 18-of-29 passes for 216 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills, and he ran for three yards and a score.
Huddle Up: Tannehill didn't have a great stat line, but he didn't have to. All he had to do was hand it off to RB Derrick Henry (20-143-3), and let him do the rest. The Titans host the Kansas City Chiefs next Sunday. Treat him more as a QB2 in most fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown (illness) is dealing with an illness and is now listed as questionable for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to check the inactive list to see if Brown will be able to play against the Buffalo Bills. He is a risky option since the Titans play on Monday Night Football, so fantasy players may want another receiver from that game available in case he is ruled out.
