Huddle Up: Spears has worked his way into a larger role in the past couple of games, and he is a valuable pass-catcher out of the backfield. He is a solid low-end RB3 or flex fantasy option in PPR leagues, with lesser appear in standard play.

Huddle Up: Spears rolled up the 82 scrimmage yards, and he had 6.6 yards per carry (YPC) to just 4.0 YPC for Tony Pollard. This could help Spears force his way into a bigger role going forward, as there is a new, interim coaching staff in place following the dismissal of Brian Callahan. Jobs are looking to be won again, and Spears is a player who is shifty with some explosiveness. He could still have a decent role this season, and therefore, some fantasy appeal. Right now, he is just a streaming option in deeper league, if you get into a crunch with bye weeks.
