Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Huddle Up: Spears needs to pass his concussion tests before he cleared to play, so fantasy players can keep an eye on his situation. He probably can be avoided in most fantasy leagues even if he is able to play.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (head) left the Week 11 game early and is being evaluated for a concussion.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should monitor the situation because Spears may not be available for Week 12 if he is diagnosed with a concussion. He only sees limited touches when he is healthy and probably can be avoided in most leagues even if he is active next week.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (hamstring) returned from a three-game absence and finished with seven carries for 47 yards and caught three passes for four yards in a 27-17 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10.
Huddle Up: The 10 touches were in line with what Spears has been seeing all season, so it looks like he will settle back into being the backup for Tony Pollard moving forward.
