Washington Football Team RB J.D. McKissic played in 31 snaps in Week 1, which was the most of the running backs.
Huddle Up: He only had four touches and was targeted four times in the passing game. Peyton Barber had 17 touches on 29 snaps and Antonio Gibson had 11 touches on 18 snaps. This could mean that McKissic is in there for blitz pickups. While he's the starter, he may have the least fantasy value of the trio. Gibson has the most upside, but Barber may prevail as the winner in fantasy. McKissic is worth holding onto, but he can't be trusted in fantasy lineups.

Washington Football Team RB J.D. McKissic is listed as the starter on the team's first depth chart.
Huddle Up: He's worth the speculative add, but keep expectations tempered.

Detroit Lions RB J.D. McKissic carried 10 times for 36 yards in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears and he added six receptions for 19 yards on seven targets.
Huddle Up: McKissic led the Detroit backfield with 16 total touches, while Paul Perkins had eight total touches and Ty Johnson had six. If that breakdown continues, McKissic is worth a look as a low-end RB3 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Detroit Lions RB Ty Johnson played 62% of his team's offensive snaps in the Week 9 loss against the Oakland Raiders while J.D. McKissic played 38%.
Huddle Up: Johnson rushed nine times for just 29 yards, adding three receptions for a meager seven yards while McKissic totaled 72 yards on seven touches and found the end zone with a reception. Weekly value will hinge on which one can score a touchdown, but both can be rostered and used as flex options during the heavy bye weeks.

Detroit Lions RB J.D. McKissic rushed four times for 32 yards and caught three passes for 40 yards and a touchdown in a 31-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders in Week 9.
Huddle Up: McKissic was Detroit's most effective running back, and it could lead to some more carries going forward. Throw in his ability in the passing game, and McKissic could be worth scooping up in PPR formats.

Detroit Lions RB J.D. McKissic rushed four times for 30 yards in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs and he added a reception for 11 yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: McKissic is nothing more than a change of pace option, especially when Kerryon Johnson is running well like he was in Week 4. Still, McKissic should only on a blip on the fantasy radar in the deepest of leagues heading into Week 6 after the team's bye.
