Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (coach's decision) was a full participant in practice on Friday, Jan. 3, but is doubtful for Week 18.
Huddle Up: The Rams are resting their starters in Week 18, so their entire offense should be avoided at all costs.

Los Angeles Rams OT Rob Havenstein (shoulder) did not take part in practice on Friday, Jan. 3, and was ruled out for Week 18. In addition, QB Matthew Stafford (coach's decision), WR Puka Nacua (coach's decision), WR Cooper Kupp (coach's decision), RB Kyren Williams (coach's decision), OT Alaric Jackson (coach's decision) and OG Kevin Dotson (coach's decision) practiced in full but are doubtful and WR Jordan Whittington (ankle) and WR Tutu Atwell (personal) practiced in full and carry no designation.

Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford, WR Puka Nacua, WR Cooper Kupp, RB Kyren Williams, OT Alaric Jackson and OG Kevin Dotson will not be active in Week 18 against the Seattle Seahawks, according to head coach Sean McVay. Additionally, OT Rob Havenstein (shoulder) will not play due to a shoulder injury.
Huddle Up: Even though the Rams are not locked into their current No. 3 seed, they are guaranteed at least one home playoff game and opting to rest most of their best offensive players. Jimmy Garoppolo will get the nod at quarterback, Blake Corum should expect to get a lot of work at running back and Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell should be among the receivers who get the biggest bump in playing time. While the others can likely be ignored in most fantasy leagues, Corum should be in a great position to deliver RB1 production.

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay recently told the team's website that his team will always compete "relative to what is at risk." However, resting some of his most important players - such as Matthew Stafford, Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp - is "probably the direction that we will go" in Week 18 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Huddle Up: Jimmy Garoppolo and Blake Corum were two players that McVay pointed to in regards to seeing extended playing time in a game that will could affect the team's playoff seeding. The Rams secured the NFC West crown in Week 17, so they will either be a third or fourth seed in the NFC playoff bracket. So long as Williams is inactive this weekend, Corum should be viewed as a solid RB1 for managers competing for a fantasy title in Week 18.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp caught one of his three targets for 29 yards in a 13-9 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Kupp is mired in a brutal stretch, and he has managed a total of four catches for 54 yards over the last three games. Puka Nacua is the only member of the Rams' passing attack that can be trusted right now.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp caught three passes for 24 yards against the New York Jets in Week 16. He was targeted three times during the game.
Huddle Up: Kupp is on a cold streak after being held off the stat sheet in Week 15 and only posting 24 this week. He should see some more targets next week and can be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp was targeted three times but did not record a reception versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 15.
Huddle Up: Eleven days after posting a 3-17-0 performance in New Orleans, Kupp finished without a catch for the first time since Nov. 10, 2019, when Jared Goff was the quarterback, Todd Gurley was RB1, and Robert Woods was Kupp's running mate. It's a bitter pill at a bad time for fantasy owners, but if you're still alive in Week 16, Kupp should be right back in your lineup.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp caught five of his eight targets for 92 yards and a touchdown in a 44-42 win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 14.
Huddle Up: After a rare dud in Week 13, Kupp was back to his usual self against the Bills. Puka Nacua is the No. 1 option, but Kupp has WR2 upside in his own right.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (rest) practiced in full on Friday, Dec. 6, and was removed from the injury report.
Huddle Up: There was never any concern for Kupp, whose reason for being on the injury report was rest-related. Ranked as WR4 overall in fantasy points per game, Kupp is a WR1 option entering Week 14.

Los Angeles Rams OL KT Leveston (ankle) and TE Tyler Higbee (knee) practiced in full on Friday, Dec. 6, but were ruled out for Week 14. Also, OL Alaric Jackson (foot) and LB Jared Verse (ankle) were limited and are questionable, OL Rob Havenstein (rest) did not practice but carries no designation and WR Cooper Kupp (rest), WR Demarcus Robinson (hand), QB Matthew Stafford (ankle) and DE Tyler X.
