Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (neck) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Oct. 15.
Huddle Up: Carson has been sidelined for a few weeks and will miss at least three more weeks because of the neck injury. Alex Collins should receive most of the work at running back for the Seahawks while Carson is sidelined and can be a flex option.

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (neck) did not play in Week 5 because he was 'too uncomfortable to play last night' due to an 'old issue' that flares up from time to time, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Per Carroll, Carson's return is 'to be determined.'
Huddle Up: Carol also noted during his Friday presser that Rashaad Penny could return in a week and that the team was happy with the play of DeeJay Dallas in Week 5. It sounds as though fantasy managers should prepare for Carson to miss at least one more week. Alex Collins filled in well for Carson against the Los Angeles Rams and would be a reasonable RB2 option if he must start again in Week 6 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.
