The team also placed RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list and released CB Ka'dar Hollman, RB John Kelly, WR Keith Kirkwood, WR Anthony Miller and CB Daryl Worley. LB Deion Jennings (undisclosed), CB Christian Matthew (undisclosed), CB Arthur Maulet (knee), CB Trayvon Mullen (undisclosed), WR Isaiah Washington (undisclosed) and RB Owen Wright (foot) were placed on the Reserve/Injured list but only Maulet was designated to return later in the season.

Free-agent DTs Deadrin Senat (Buccaneers) and Josh Tupou (Bengals) signed undisclosed contracts with the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday, May 28.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring), DE Sam Hubbard (ankle) and WR Andrei Iosivas (knee) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 15, and have been ruled out for Week 11. In addition, WR Charlie Jones (thumb) was a full participant but is questionable, and DE Trey Hendrickson (knee), DT D.J. Reader (rest), CB Chidobe Awuzie (knee), LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee), DT Josh Tupou (shoulder) and CB Cam Taylor-Britt (finger) all practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) did not practice for a second consecutive day on Friday, Nov. 10, and has also been ruled out. DT Josh Tupou (shoulder) was limited in practice for a second straight day on Friday and is listed as doubtful. WR Ja'Marr Chase (back) was also limited in practice for a second straight day on Friday and is listed as questionable. WR Charlie Jones (thumb) practiced in full all week but is also listed as questionable. LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee) was limited in practice all week but no longer appears on the injury report. CB Jalen Davis (ankle) and CB Cam Taylor-Britt (quad) practiced in full on Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.
