New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Huddle Up: Valdes-Scantling did not play in the Week 17 game but seems to have a chance to play this week. He will see a handful of targets if he is active and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was targeted twice but failed to secure either vs. the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. He took a hard hit late in the game and was treated by medical staff while down but managed to walk off on his own.
Huddle Up: Despite a rather favorable matchup ahead, MVS is not a playable commodity in all remaining playoff formats. He could serve as a weak punt play in DFS, provided he is available.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) is active for Week 17's game versus the Las Vegas Raiders.
Huddle Up: Valdes-Scantling had been listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in all three of the Saints' practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. However, he is not a recommended fantasy option in any format as long as Spencer Rattler is the team's starting quarterback.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was a limited participant in practice for the third straight day on Friday, Dec. 27, and is questionable for Week 17.
Huddle Up: It looks like Valdes-Scantling will be a true game-time decision, but it doesn't really matter. No Saints pass-catchers can be trusted with Spencer Rattler starting again.

New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr (hand), RB Alvin Kamara (groin), C Erik McCoy (elbow) and OG Lucas Patrick (knee) did not take part in practice on Friday, Dec. 27, and were ruled out for Week 17. Also, CB Rico Payton (illness) did not practice but is questionable, WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was limited and is questionable, WR Chris Olave (head) and DT Nathan Shepherd (eye) were full participants but are questionable and TE Juwan Johnson (foot) and DE Payton Turner (ankle) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was a limited participant in practice once again on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Huddle Up: Valdes-Scantling turned in limited practices last week before being ruled out, so he remains up in the air. Even if he does play, Valdes-Scantling won't be a lineup option if Derek Carr doesn't play. If Carr does suit up, the veteran wideout would be a flex option after showing a good connection with the veteran signal-caller weeks back.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) was a limited participant Wednesday, Dec. 25, according to an estimated participation report by the team.
Huddle Up: Should he play, the only reason to utilize him is as a punt play in DFS. Even then, the risk is massive for a low-probability TD bomb.
