Free-agent CB Rock Ya-Sin (49ers) reportedly agreed to terms on an undisclosed contract with the Detroit Lions on Thursday, March 20, according to a source.

Free-agent OG Ben Bartch (49ers), TE Eric Saubert (49ers) and CB Rock Ya-Sin (49ers) signed one-year contracts with the San Francisco 49ers Wednesday, Aug. 28. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team also waived DL Sam Okuayinonu.

San Francisco 49ers OL Isaac Alarcon, DL Evan Anderson, DL Alex Barrett, DL Shakel Brown, DL Jonathan Garvin, LB Jalen Graham, OL Sebastian Gutierrez, OL Jarrett Kingston, TE Cameron Latu, CB Chase Lucas, S Jaylen Mahoney, WR Tay Martin, OL Drake Nugent, TE Mason Pline, RB Cody Schrader, TE Brayden Willis and CB Samuel Womack were waived Tuesday, Aug. 27. The team also released OL Ben Bartch, WR Robbie Chosen, OL Chris Hubbard, DL T.Y. McGill Jr., OL Brandon Parker, TE Eric Saubert, WR Trent Taylor, TE Logan Thomas, S Tracy Walker, DL Nick Williams and CB Rock Ya-Sin. LB Dre Greenlaw (Achilles) was placed on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list and DT Kalia Davis (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list. Davis has been designated to return later in the season.

San Francisco 49ers CB Rock Ya-Sin (undisclosed) limped off the field during the voluntary workout early Wednesday, May 29, after suffering an undisclosed injury.

Free-agent CB Rock Ya-Sin (Ravens) signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers Thursday, April 11. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Baltimore Ravens RB Gus Edwards, OG Kevin Zeitler, CB Rock Ya-Sin and S Geno Stone had their contracts voided Monday, Feb. 19, and will be unrestricted free agents this offseason.
