Indianapolis Colts LB E.J. Speed (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 20, and has been ruled out for Week 16. WR Alec Pierce (concussion) was limited during practice but has been ruled out. C Ryan Kelly (knee) did not practice and is listed as questionable. CB Julius Brents (knee) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. TE Mo Alie-Cox (hip), WR Ashton Dulin (ankle), PK Matt Gay (neck) and LB Jaylon Carlies (leg, shoulder) fully participated in practice but are listed as questionable. DT DeForest Buckner (non-injury), LB Zaire Franklin (non-injury) and DT Grover Stewart (non-injury) did not practice but are not on the injury report. DE Laiatu Latu (illness) and DE Tyquan Lewis (rib) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce (concussion) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: It is debatable how much Pierce's absence will affect the fantasy fortunes of the receivers on a team with a quarterback who rarely completes 20 passes in Anthony Richardson, but it can only help Josh Downs and Michael Pittman Jr. to have one less player around stealing targets. Downs has cooled off a bit of late after initially overcoming Richardson's accuracy issues, but his volume has remained relatively steady. He seems like the best bet of the Indy receivers to take advantage of Pierce not being available this week. Adonai Mitchell is also worth a flier in deeper leagues.

Huddle Up: Pierce still has a few days to pass his concussion tests, but it is looking like he will not be available for the Week 16 game. Fantasy players should consider other options for their lineups and avoid Pierce.

Huddle Up: Pierce needs to pass his concussion tests before he can play, so fantasy players will need to keep an eye on the situation for the rest of the week. He will see a handful of targets if he is able to play and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.

Huddle Up: Pierce has been a viable deep threat this season and if he is to miss time, rookie Adonai Mitchell will step in as the WR3 behind Josh Downs and Michael Pittman Jr. However, Mitchell hasn't shown enough to warrant trusting in fantasy lineups right now.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce managed two receptions for 16 yards and a touchdown on six targets in Week 13 against the New England Patriots.
Huddle Up: Pierce had six targets, second-most on the team to Michael Pittman Jr. (seven targets). While that's all well and good, Pierce didn't do a lot downfield. He remains more of a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option with downfield potential, but he and the Colts are off in Week 14.

Huddle Up: Pierce had been listed as questionable on the injury report after missing the team's first two practice sessions during the week, although he was a full practice participant Friday, Nov. 29. He could see a heavier workload this afternoon than normal because of Josh Downs' absence and is worthy of consideration as a flex option in deeper fantasy leagues.
