Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco rushed 14 times for 55 yards and caught two passes for six yards in a 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14.
Huddle Up: Although he didn't find a lot of running room, it was encouraging to see Pacheco handle a bulk of the carries in his second game back from injury. He should lead the backfield going forward and will be in the RB2 mix.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco rushed for 44 yards on seven carries against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 13. He also caught one pass for five yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Pacheco returned to the lineup after missing multiple weeks and evenly split the carries with Kareem Hunt. He likely will receive more work in the weeks to come and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 28, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Huddle Up: Pacheco will have a role in the offense this week, but it is not known if he will take over as the starting running back against the Las Vegas Raiders. He can still be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues even if he receives a limited role.

Kansas City Chiefs PK Spencer Shrader (hamstring) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. LB Cam Jones (illness) was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday, Nov. 28, but is listed as questionable. CB Chamarri Conner (ankle), RB Kareem Hunt (toe), Charles Omenihu (knee), Isiah Pacheco (ankle), CB Christian Roland-Wallace (ankle), WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hip), OT Jawaan Taylor (ankle, knee) and LB Leo Chenal (personal) practiced in full on Thursday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list on Thursday, Nov. 28.
Huddle Up: Pacheco has been sidelined since Week 2, so fantasy managers should expect him to split carries with Kareem Hunt in his first game back against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. At what point Pacheco becomes the lead back remains up in the air, but it should happen by the start of the fantasy playoffs if he is fully healthy. Consider him more of a flex option with upside this week.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Huddle Up: Pacheco is on track to return to the lineup for the first time since September but probably will be eased back into the lineup. He is probably not a great starting fantasy option this week but should have more value in the upcoming weeks.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) will play in Week 13, barring any setbacks, head coach Andy Reid said on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Huddle Up: Pacheco logged a full practice on Tuesday, which was the first sign that he'd make his return. While he should be rostered in all formats, Pacheco is not a suggested lineup option, as not only is he likely to be eased back in, he has to split work with Kareem Hunt. As for Hunt, he'll likely still take on the vast majority of work in Week 13 as Pacheco is eased back in, but his outlook is murky beyond this week.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was a full participant at practice Tuesday, Nov 26.
Huddle Up: This is a good sign for Pacheco to potentially return this season for the first time since hitting the Reserve/Injured list. Managers will want to monitor the situation, but Pacheco is an RB1 if he plays against Las Vegas.

Kansas City Chiefs RBs Isiah Pacheco (knee) and RB Kareem Hunt are expected to split most of the backfield work in Week 13 against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to offensive coordinator Matt Nagy. Per Nagy, the workload will be determined during the game and based on the situation.
Huddle Up: Pacheco has not played since Week 2, so it only makes sense he would share some work with Hunt (and likely Samaje Perine). However, Pacheco should be expected to assume more of the work as the weeks go on since Hunt has been anything but efficient since taking over the backfield in Week 4. Assuming Pacheco is fully healthy, he should be considered a strong RB2 option moving forward.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) and DE Charles Omenihu (knee) were limited at practice on Friday, Nov. 22, and were ruled out for Week 12. Also, DB Chamarri Conner (thumb), S Bryan Cook (rib), RB Kareem Hunt (knee) and WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) practiced in full and carry no designation.
