Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (rib) rushed six times for 18 yards at the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17 on Wednesday, Dec. 25. He left in the second half with an injured rib.
Huddle Up: While he has not been a fantasy factor since returning from a broken leg, Pacheco could get a rest this week with KC having locked up the top seed. Even if he plays, there's really nothing to see here.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ribs) suffered injured ribs during the Week 17 game and is considered questionable to return.
Huddle Up: There is a chance that Pacheco will be held out of the regular season finale if the Chiefs clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC, so fantasy players should monitor the situation. He has been sharing playing time with Kareem Hunt but can be at least a flex option if he plays in Week 18.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco carried the ball nine times for 26 yards Saturday, Dec. 21, vs. the Houston Texans in Week 16. He lost a yard on his only reception and was targeted twice.
Huddle Up: Given his total lack of fantasy production since returning from injury, which has led to more work for RB Kareem Hunt, Pacheco is entirely avoidable in Week 17 action.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco ran 13 times for just 32 yards in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns, while adding a 15-yard reception on his only target.
Huddle Up: Pacheco split the backfield carries with Kareem Hunt right down the middle, with both players going for 13 carries. Pacheco had just 2.5 yards per attempt, so coach Andy Reid and the offense was trying to go another way. Xavier Worthy went for three runs, 30 yards and a touchdown, too, as Kansas City was trying a couple of different things to jump-start the rush attack. We'll keep a close eye on the Hunt vs. Pacheco situation, however. If there is a backfield split in Week 16 against the Houston Texans, both players would be more of a low-end RB2 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams. That's not what fantasy managers want to see in the fantasy playoffs.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco was fined $45,020 by the National Football League for committing unnecessary roughness by using his helmet during the second quarter of Week 14's game versus the Los Angeles Chargers. He was not flagged on the play.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco rushed 14 times for 55 yards and caught two passes for six yards in a 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14.
Huddle Up: Although he didn't find a lot of running room, it was encouraging to see Pacheco handle a bulk of the carries in his second game back from injury. He should lead the backfield going forward and will be in the RB2 mix.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco rushed for 44 yards on seven carries against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 13. He also caught one pass for five yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Pacheco returned to the lineup after missing multiple weeks and evenly split the carries with Kareem Hunt. He likely will receive more work in the weeks to come and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 28, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Huddle Up: Pacheco will have a role in the offense this week, but it is not known if he will take over as the starting running back against the Las Vegas Raiders. He can still be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues even if he receives a limited role.

Kansas City Chiefs PK Spencer Shrader (hamstring) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. LB Cam Jones (illness) was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday, Nov. 28, but is listed as questionable. CB Chamarri Conner (ankle), RB Kareem Hunt (toe), Charles Omenihu (knee), Isiah Pacheco (ankle), CB Christian Roland-Wallace (ankle), WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hip), OT Jawaan Taylor (ankle, knee) and LB Leo Chenal (personal) practiced in full on Thursday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list on Thursday, Nov. 28.
Huddle Up: Pacheco has been sidelined since Week 2, so fantasy managers should expect him to split carries with Kareem Hunt in his first game back against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. At what point Pacheco becomes the lead back remains up in the air, but it should happen by the start of the fantasy playoffs if he is fully healthy. Consider him more of a flex option with upside this week.
