Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 8.
Huddle Up: Ertz has caught 11 of his last 12 targets and has three touchdowns in his last two games. He will see a decent amount of targets against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and should be a starting option in fantasy leagues.

Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz ended up with five receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 18 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Ertz regained his status as a TE1 in most fantasy leagues this season, and he finished the season strong. Ertz had 11 receptions for 116 yards and three touchdowns in the final two games, and he has six scores in the final seven outings. Ertz is a top-notch fantasy option in postseason leagues and DFS play. The Commanders travel to meet the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild-card round.

Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Huddle Up: Ertz is coming off a two-touchdown performance last week and should continue to be a big part of the passing game for Washington. He can be a starting option in most leagues this week.

Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz had six receptions for 72 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Dec. 29. He was targeted seven times.
Huddle Up: The veteran tight end put together his best all-around game of the season on Sunday, which included an impressive catch of the game-winning touchdown in overtime. While consistency has been an issue -- Week 17 was his first game of more than 40 yards since Nov. 14 -- he has scored in four of his last six games, including a 6-38-1 effort versus Dallas. Ertz is a serviceable TE1 in the final week of the season.

Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 27, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Ertz has been on a cold streak recently with under 40 yards in each of his last four games. He has still caught a touchdown in three of his last five games and can be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.
