Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet rushed 14 times for 59 yards and added 32 receiving yards in a 30-25 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 18.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet carried the ball 15 times for 57 yards against the Chicago Bears on Thursday, Dec. 26. Charbonnet also had three catches (on three targets) for 19 yards.
Huddle Up: After watching Seattle gash the Bears on the ground during the opening drive, it looked like Charbonnet could be in for a big night. Instead, the running attack sputtered, and he finished with 76 yards. It was a disappointing showing from Charbonnet based on how impactful he'd been in four previous games when Kenneth Walker (ankle) was inactive -- in those contests, the UCLA alum averaged 109 yards and scored six times. He has considerable upside in Week 18 where he'll be either fighting for an NFC West banner or going against a Rams team that will almost certainly prioritize resting key personnel if they've already locked up the division.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (elbow) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 25, and is not on the injury report for Week 17. The Seahawks did not hold a practice Wednesday, so his practice participation is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Charbonnet is on track to receive most of the work at running back this week since Kenneth Walker III has been ruled out for the game. He played well as the main back earlier in the season and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (elbow) practiced in full on Tuesday, Dec. 24, after being limited the day before. The injury report was an estimation.
Huddle Up: With Kenneth Walker (ankle) being an estimated non-participant over the first two days this week after leaving last week's game early, it looks like Charbonnet is in line to take on a workhorse role. He'll be an RB2 if Walker doesn't play.

Seattle Seahawks TE Brady Russell (foot) and RB Kenneth Walker III (ankle) did not take part in practice on Tuesday, Dec. 24. Also, OT Abraham Lucas (knee, rest), LB Ernest Jones (knee, rest) and DE Leonard Williams (foot, rest) were limited and S K'Von Wallace (ankle), TE Noah Fant (knee), RB Zach Charbonnet (elbow), C Olu Oluwatimi (knee), LB Derick Hall (shoulder) and LB Uchenna Nwosu (wrist) practiced in full. The injury report was an estimation, as the Seahawks held a walkthrough.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (elbow) was limited during practice Monday, Dec. 23. The Seahawks did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Charbonnet could receive most of the work at running back in Week 17 since Kenneth Walker III is dealing with an injury. Charbonnet can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues if he starts.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet ran once for minus-one yard against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16. He added two receptions (on two targets) for 14 yards.
Huddle Up: While Charbonnet always fills a complementary role when Kenneth Walker (ankle) is active, Walker went down with an injury on Sunday, and it still barely got Charbonnet on the field. In fact, he had fewer touches than Kenny McIntosh. That's something to keep an eye on as Seattle plays on Thursday night, making it unlikely that Walker will be available. To date, that has meant Charbonnet is the lead back. If that's the case again, he could have RB3/flex value with RB2 upside given how porous the Bears defense has been. Keep an eye out to see if there any updates about McIntosh/Charbonnet.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (oblique) was a full participant in practice on Friday, Dec. 20, after being limited the day before and was removed from the Week 16 injury report.
Huddle Up: Charbonnet popped up on the injury report this week but saw upgraded participation the last two days and is good to go. That said, fellow RB Kenneth Walker is also off the injury report, which means Charbonnet will go back to his backup role and isn't a viable lineup option in Week 16.

Seattle Seahawks TE Brady Russell (foot) and LB Trevis Gipson (ankle) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 20, and were ruled out for Week 16. Also, S K'Von Wallace (ankle) practiced in full but was ruled out, DL Johnathan Hankins (illness, rest) did not practice but carries no designation and RB Zach Charbonnet (oblique), RB Kenneth Walker III (calf), WR DK Metcalf (shoulder), C Olu Oluwatimi (knee), DE Leonard Williams (foot, rest), CB Tre Brown (hamstring), TE Noah Fant (knee), LB Ernest Jones (knee), OT Abraham Lucas (rest, knee), TE AJ Barner (knee) and QB Geno Smith (knee) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Seattle Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (oblique) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 19.
Huddle Up: Charbonnet is making progress in his recovery and seems to have a decent chance to play in Week 16. There is a chance that Kenneth Walker also plays, which likely will take away from touches from Charbonnet. He could still be a possible flex option in some leagues.
