Carolina Panthers WR DJ Chark Jr. (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 4.
Huddle Up: Chark was a big part of the passing game last week with Andy Dalton as the quarterback but should still see a decent amount of targets with Bryce Young returning to the lineup. He can be a flex option in deeper leagues this week.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (groin) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and is listed as questionable for Week 4.
Huddle Up: It looks like Sanders will be a game-time decision, so fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He can be at least a flex option if he is active for the game, but Chuba Hubbard will have fantasy value if Sanders sits out.

Carolina Panthers WR DJ Chark Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Sept. 28.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation, but it seems like Chark will be fine for the Week 4 game. He was targeted 11 times in the last game and should see a good amount of targets again this week. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Sept. 28.

Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young (ankle) told reporters he felt "great" following practice on Thursday, Sept. 28, and is trending toward a return to the field in Week 4, according to head coach Frank Reich.
Huddle Up: Andy Dalton took advantage of what has been a surprisingly soft Seattle Seahawks secondary in Week 3 but will head back to the bench in favor of Young, who averaged 149.5 yards passing and one touchdown in his first two career NFL starts. This year's No. 1 overall pick could not ask for a much better matchup in Week 4, as the Minnesota Vikings have yielded at least two total touchdowns to each of the three quarterbacks they have faced so far. Consider Young a middling QB2 option this week.

Carolina Panthers WR Jonathan Mingo (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Huddle Up: Mingo will need to pass the concussion tests before he is cleared to play, so fantasy players can monitor the situation. He has been targeted 19 times in the first three games but has only 64 yards in those games. He can be avoided in fantasy leagues even if he is active.

Carolina Panthers WR Jonathan Mingo (concussion) caught three of his six targets for 21 yards in Week 3 versus the Seattle Seahawks before leaving the game with a concussion.
Huddle Up: The good news for fantasy managers is that Mingo is averaging over six targets through three games. The bad news is just about every catch he makes is near the line of scrimmage (only one of his eight receptions has been for more than nine yards), so he is averaging only eight yards per catch. Things should get better for the highly athletic rookie down the road, but he will first have to pass the league's concussion protocol before he has a shot to play in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Carolina Panthers QB Andy Dalton completed 34 of his 58 pass attempts for 361 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 11 yards in a 37-27 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3.
Huddle Up: With Bryce Young's status for Week 4 up in the air, Dalton could be a streaming option for fantasy owners looking for a QB2.

Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young (ankle) is not practicing Thursday, Sept. 21.
Huddle Up: Young has yet to practice this week and isn't an option outside of two-QB leagues. Managers leaning on Young should have a pivot option ready in case he doesn't play in Week 3.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (pectoral) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
Huddle Up: This is a new issue for Sanders, who makes his first appearance on the injury report in 2023. A limited session this early in the week is a good sign he'll suit up, but the situation bears monitoring over the next few days. The Panthers back is a volume-based flex option in Carolina's listless offense after tallying 145 scoreless scrimmage yards on 39 touches over two games.

Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young (ankle) is out of practice Wednesday, Sept. 20.
Huddle Up: He had his ankle stepped on in Week 2, and it doesn't seem major. He shouldn't be in lineups outside of two-QB leagues at this time.
