Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman rushed 24 times for 113 yards in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos and he was not targeted in the pass game. It was his fourth 100-yard game of the season, all coming in the past six appearances since Oct. 23.
Huddle Up: Foreman has emerged as a legitimate RB2 in all fantasy leagues since the trade of Christian McCaffrey to the San Francisco 49ers. You'll need to make alternate plans next week with the Panthers on a bye, as Carolina's next game isn't until Week 14 on the road against the Seattle Seahawks.

Carolina Panthers QB Sam Darnold completed 11-of-19 passes for 164 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos with three rushes for three yards and a touchdown in his regular-season debut.
Huddle Up: Despite the two total touchdowns and Darnold leading the team to a win, he remains nothing more than a low-end QB2 going forward in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Panthers are one of two teams on a bye in Week 13, so you can't use him then anyway.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. (shoulder) is active for Week 12's game against the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: Marshall had been listed as questionable on the injury report after logging two limited practice sessions and one full session during the week. He has been playing well recently and can be a flex option in deeper fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 25, but is questionable for Week 12.
Huddle Up: Marshall appears to have a good chance to play this week, but fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He has been playing well recently and could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 25, and is listed as doubtful for Week 12.
Huddle Up: Sam Darnold is scheduled to be the starter for the Panthers this week, but the team could change quarterback again once Walker is healthy. Fantasy players should stay away from all of the Panthers quarterbacks.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. (shoulder) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 24.
Huddle Up: Marshall has been targeted at least six times in three of the last four games and seems to have become a focal point in the passing game. He can be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Huddle Up: The limited session amounts to an upgrade for Walker, who did not practice at all last week. With Walker hurt, the Panthers are moving to Sam Darnold as the starter for Week 12 after another poor showing from Baker Mayfield but Walker has a great chance to resume his starting duties upon his return once Darnold inevitably fails. Walker is the only Panthers QB who sniffs fantasy relevance, but he's not exactly a trustworthy start.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (rest) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Huddle Up: It's just a rest day for Foreman, who remains a solid RB2 play going into Week 12.

Carolina Panthers QB Baker Mayfield has been benched for Week 12 against the Denver Broncos, the team announced on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Huddle Up: Mayfield's tenure in Carolina has been a total failure, and chances are Sam Darnold's latest stint as the starter won't be any better. PJ Walker is the only Panthers signal-caller who is even remotely trustworthy and he's on the shelf with an injury. As for Mayfield, the former No. 1 overall pick remains borderline droppable in dynasty formats.

Carolina Panthers QB Sam Darnold was named as the team's starting quarterback for Week 12 against the Denver Broncos on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Huddle Up: At this point, fantasy managers will embrace this change if it allows D.J. Moore to flourish. Ultimately, interim head coach Steve Wilks had little choice but to go with Darnold since P.J. Walker (ankle) still isn't ready to play and after Baker Mayfield disappointed yet again in Week 11. Darnold can and should be avoided in all but the deepest two-quarterback and superflex leagues.

Carolina Panthers QB Baker Mayfield has not been confirmed to start in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos, although interim head coach Steve Wilks said Monday, Nov. 21 that he did not consider turning to QB Sam Darnold at any point during the Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens. "It's too early to say," Wilks said. "We gotta evaluate the tape and then from there, I'll make a decision." Wilks said a QB will be named Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Huddle Up: Whether or not Mayfield starts, or Darnold starts, neither is worth considering as anything more than a low-end QB2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Carolina Panthers WR DJ Moore will be targeted more in the offense, as interim head coach Steve Wilks said Monday, Nov. 21 that the coaching staff needs to find more creative ways to get Moore the ball.
Huddle Up: Fantasy managers agree, as Moore posted 29 or fewer yards in each of the past three games while averaging 3.0 catches per outing during the span. As such, Moore should only be used as a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 12 against the Denver Broncos.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. posted three receptions for a team-high 76 yards on six targets in Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens.
Huddle Up: Marshall has been targeted six or more times in three of the past four outings, emerging as a useful WR4 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker (ankle) will be out for Week 11 with a high-ankle sprain. QB Baker Mayfield will start.
Huddle Up: There's nothing to see here in terms of fantasy at the quarterback position. The receivers might be utilized a bit more as Walker attempted just 26 passes the last two weeks. Mayfield was 14-for-20 for 155 yards and two scores in his last action Nov. 6.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker is expected to remain the starter in Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens but will still be evaluated with QB Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold in the mix, according to head coach Steve Wilks on Friday, Nov. 11.
Huddle Up: Walker finished with just 5.7 fantasy points Thursday night and is unlikely to provide much fantasy relevance of his own. But he seems to be good for WR D.J. Moore and RB D'Onta Foreman.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. caught one of his two targets for 43 yards in a 25-15 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.
Huddle Up: Marshall was coming off two solid outings, but while his big-play potential is real, he remains an inconsistent player in an offense that wants to lean on the ground game. Marshall is still more of a dynasty asset at this point.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard is active for the Week 10 game against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, Nov. 10.
Huddle Up: Hubbard returns after missing last week's game, but he'll be splitting work with D'Onta Foreman, making both risky flex options for Week 10.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) practiced in full on Wednesday, Nov. 9, but is listed as questionable for Week 10.
Huddle Up: Hubbard practiced in full the last two days of the week but still draws a questionable tag. If he plays, he'll likely split work with D'Onta Foreman and handle the passing down duties. However, there's also a chance he'll be eased back into action and have a limited workload if active. He's a risky flex play at best in Week 10.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker will remain the starter in Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons, per source on Monday, Nov. 7.
Huddle Up: Walker put up two decent fantasy performances before his Week 9 stinker in which he was benched for Baker Mayfield. He is not a viable starter in Week 10.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) was limited during practice Monday, Nov. 7. The Panthers did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Hubbard has missed the last two games but seems to have a chance to play in Week 10. He will share playing time with D'Onta Foreman if he plays but can still be a flex option in most leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. racked up three grabs for a team-high 53 yards and a touchdown on six targets in Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: The second-round pick in 2021 from LSU has been slow to develop, but since the team dealt Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey to NFC West teams, there are a lot more targets to go around. TMJ has stepped up and is seeing his first regular, meaningful action, and is looking like at least a WR5 with upside in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Panthers host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10 on Thursday. He had four catches with career highs of nine targets and 87 yards last week in Atlanta, so those in deeper fantasy leagues and DFS will want to keep an eye on him.

Carolina Panthers QB Baker Mayfield completed 14-of-20 passes for 155 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals, coming off the bench for an ineffective QB PJ Walker.
Huddle Up: Mayfield was a disaster earlier, and Walker came on and was solid. However, Mayfield looked pretty good here, albeit with the Bengals defense perhaps laying back a little with a healthy lead. Still, Carolina is paying Mayfield a lot of money, and ownership could put pressure on interim head coach Steve Wilks to go back to The Bake Show. Still, even if he returns to a starting role, he is nothing more than a low-end QB2 in most fantasy leagues. The Panthers host the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday in Week 10.

Carolina Panthers QB Baker Mayfield took over the starting quarterback job for the Panthers in Week 9 in place of QB P.J. Walker.
Huddle Up: It is not known if Mayfield, Walker or Sam Darnold will be the starting quarterback moving forwards, but none of the quarterbacks should be starting fantasy options.

Carolina Panthers QB PJ Walker is the confirmed starter for Week 9, but interim head coach Steve Wilks wouldn't commit to the signal-caller beyond that. "My philosophy, you guys have heard this, is about winning today," Wilks said on Wednesday, Nov. 2. "And that's just really staying with the day-to-day operation with each week. So I can't really go beyond this week and tell you exactly what's going to happen next week. So, just staying in the moment with Cincinnati, and PJ's the starter this week."
Huddle Up: With the returns of Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold looming, Walker's days as the starter could very well be numbered. That said, he's starting this week and ranks as QB12 over the past two weeks, so Walker is on the streaming radar in Week 9. He faces a Bengals defense ceding the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, but if Cincy's potent offense goes off, Walker might be forced to air it out more.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) was ruled out Friday, Nov. 4, ahead of the Week 9 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: Hubbard will miss his second consecutive game. He logged two limited practices and didn't practice Friday. This will allow RB D'Onta Foreman to control the backfield yet again.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 3.
Huddle Up: Foreman likely will be the starting back this season but will have to share playing time with Chuba Hubbard if he is active. Foreman should still see a good amount of touches and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 3.
Huddle Up: Hubbard seems to have a decent chance to play this week and will share playing time with D'Onta Foreman if he is active. He can be a flex option in leagues if he plays.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
Huddle Up: Hubbard didn't practice at all last week before being ruled out, so this is a sign he has a chance to play. In his absence, D'Onta Foreman went off, rushing for 118 yards for the second straight week, but this time he found the end zone three times. If both are active in Week 9, Foreman is the better play, but both would be risky flex options given the possibility they will split work. If Hubbard sits, Foreman becomes a must-start RB2.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (rest) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
Huddle Up: It's just a rest day for Foreman, so there's no concern about his Week 9 availability. What is concerning is the potential return of Chuba Hubbard (ankle), who sat out in Week 8 but was a limited participant on Wednesday, something he wasn't all of last week. If Hubbard plays, Foreman will be hard to trust as anything more than a risky flex play, even after a huge week as Hubbard will at least cut into Foreman's work, and he could lead the backfield entirely in what is also a less-than-favorable matchup versus the Cincinnati Bengals. If Hubbard sits, Foreman is a must-start RB2.
