New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) participated in LB Brian Burns' celebrity softball game on Saturday night, and he took part in all scheduled activities, from dodgeball to the home run derby to the game itself. He was seen backpedaling in the dodgeball game, and he was showing off a full range of motion. However, he still didn't show if he can start, stop or cut as his position requires, so it was just a glimpse of where he is at. Head coach John Harbaugh recently said the receiver is still working through rehab, and he is uncertain if Nabers will be ready for the start of training camp.
Huddle Up: Nabers is hopeful to be ready for the start of the regular season, but playing dodgeball and softball, or going through the rigors of an NFL game, while running his route tree are two completely different things. Still, it's a good sign that he is moving around well. Fantasy managers still have two or three months to see him get better. We'll know a lot more in July and August about where he should be safely drafted for fantasy purposes.

New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo (ankle) "snuck into" some positional drills during practice Friday, May 29, and appeared to be moving well, according to Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com.
Huddle Up: Skattebo is recovering from a dislocated ankle, but he continues to claim he will be on the field in Week 1. Assuming he doesn't suffer a setback, he should lead the New York backfield in 2026. Based on the potential he showed as a rookie, Skattebo can be considered a RB2 with RB1 upside.

ESPN's Adam Schefter said on Friday, May 22, that New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) "don't know if he'll be ready for opening day."
Huddle Up: If Nabers is not healthy enough for Week 1, it casts a serious cloud over his potential for 2026. We will not panic over anything beyond this upcoming season, but his status during training camp will have to be monitored closely.

New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart said he has been studying tape of his scrambles with quarterbacks coach Brian Callahan to work on knowing when sliding is the better option.
Huddle Up: Dart's scrambling ability certainly adds to his fantasy upside, but he took too many big hits that resulted in missed time due to concussions. If Dart can find a balance that allows him to still make plays with his legs and stay on the field, he should be a high-upside QB2 in 2026.

New York Giants WR Darius Slayton (hernia) should be ready for the start of training camp after undergoing sports hernia surgery this offseason, according to head coach John Harbaugh.
Huddle Up: Slayton is in line to be one of the top three receivers for the Giants this upcoming season, so fantasy players can keep an eye on his situation. He should see a handful of targets each game if healthy and can be a late round pick in some leagues.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) has a goal to be ready for the start of the season, according to head coach John Harbaugh.
Huddle Up: Nabers is coming back from a torn ACL and has had a second procedure on his knee to clean up the same knee. His status now seems to be up in the air as it relates to the start of the season. Training camp will be big for him to gauge what his value is, but even if he misses a few weeks to start the season, he projects to be a WR2 based on the target share he commands in the offense.

New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo said that he's 'feeling great' and that he's 'ready to go for Week 1' at New York Giants Town Hall on Monday, May 18.
Huddle Up: Skattebo suffered a dislocated right ankle in a game in late October. He is on record as having said he is hopeful of being ready for training camp. It appears that all systems are go for Skattebo to be more than ready for Week 1. It will be interesting to see how head coach John Harbaugh uses Skattebo in the team's offensive scheme. Harbaugh liked to use a punishing running game in recent years in Baltimore, led by Derrick Henry. While Skattebo is no Henry, at least not yet, it could be a bump in production for Skattebo in 2026, barring any setbacks. Consider Skattebo a high-end RB2 with RB1 upside for fantasy football.

New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh when talking about TE Isaiah Likely, TE Theo Johnson, TE Chris Manhertz, and TE Thomas Fidone II, said, 'there's not a better tight end room in the league,' according to a source on Monday, May 18.
Huddle Up: After four seasons in Baltimore, Likely jumped over to the Giants in free agency with his former head coach, Harbaugh, and Likely will look to carve out a more substantial role with the Giants in his fifth NFL season. Likely has never crested 60 targets in a season, but doing that in 2026 seems... likely. Look for Likely to be a sleeper pick to turn into a fantasy TE1 this season. As for Theo Johnson, he turns into what is likely a part-time player and not fantasy relevant. The other two tight ends are depth pieces and better real-life players than fantasy assets.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) had a second surgery on his knee a few weeks ago to remove scar tissue that was causing stiffness in the knee, according to sources. The team still hopes he will be ready for Week 1.
Huddle Up: Nabers is unlikely to do much during offseason workouts, so fantasy players will need to see how he is doing during training camp. He is a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues when healthy, but players may need a short-term replacement if he misses the first few games.

New York Giants WR Malachi Fields can be a "power forward" in the wide receiver room because of his size and blocking ability, according to general manager Joe Schoen.
Huddle Up: Fields could have a limited role early in his career, but if he proves to be a willing blocker, he should earn more snaps sooner rather than later. Not to mention that his size could make him a weapon in the red zone. Overall, there is enough to like about Fields to make him a target in rookie drafts, and he is worth monitoring throughout offseason activities.

New York Giants WR Darius Slayton (abdomen) underwent surgery to repair a core muscle and will miss spring activities. He's expected to be ready for training camp.
Huddle Up: Slayton will be in the mix for the top-three receivers on the depth chart, but they took Notre Dame WR Malachi Fields in the third round. Slayton will be a WR5 flyer, and this will be a make-or-break season for him after a 37-538-1 line last season.

Notre Dame WR Malachi Fields was selected by the New York Giants with the 74th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Huddle Up: Although the Giants added veteran Darnell Mooney, Fields should still have a good chance of seeing snaps as a rookie, especially if Malik Nabers is still recovering from his knee injury. Fields could be an option late in the second round of rookie drafts and a late-round lottery ticket in redraft leagues.

Updating a previous report, New York Giants QB Brandon Allen signed a one-year contract with the Giants worth $1.45 million with $250,000 guaranteed and a 2026 cap hit of $1.23 million.
Huddle Up: Allen has served as a backup quarterback for his entire NFL career, dating back to 2019. When pressed into action, Allen is 2-8 as a starter, with his last start coming as a 49er in 2024. He'll serve in the same capacity for the Giants in 2026 and is off the fantasy radar.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) "is going to be in to training camp and closer to the season" in terms of returning to the field, according to head coach John Harbaugh.
Huddle Up: Nabers was expected to miss most of the offseason and training camp following his ACL tear at the beginning of last season. Fantasy players can proceed with caution but remain optimistic that he will be a potential WR1 in 2026.

New York Giants TE Isaiah Likely will put up bigger numbers with the Giants than he did with the Baltimore Ravens, according to head coach John Harbaugh. "When you see a player do it every day, you got a pretty good idea what he's capable of," said Harbaugh. "So, I'm certain he's going to be able to put up the numbers you're talking about, the stats. That wasn't part of the thing in Baltimore because of the supporting cast, so to speak."
Huddle Up: Theo Johnson has already proven to be a weapon in the red zone, but Likely should be the starting tight end for the Giants in 2026. Assuming Jaxson Dart can stay healthy, Likely has a chance to be in the TE1 mix.

New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo (ankle) said he expects to be full recovered in "a little over a month."
Huddle Up: Skattebo had emerged as the team's lead back prior to the injury, and he will likely resume that role in 2026. His hard running style brings injury concerns, but he can be a RB2 when healthy.

Free-agent TE Isaiah Likely (Ravens) officially signed with the New York Giants Thursday, March 12. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Likely will be the starting tight end for the Giants and should be a reliable target for Jaxson Dart for the next few seasons. He has a chance to be a low-end No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues next season.

Free-agent WR Darnell Mooney (Falcons) agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the New York Giants Saturday, March 14, worth as much as $10 million, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Mooney struggled with injuries last season but has played well in the past and will have a good chance to earn a starting role with the Giants. He can be considered a No. 4 or No. 5 receiver in most fantasy leagues but is unlikely to be a weekly starting option.

Free-agent WR Calvin Austin (Steelers) agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the New York Giants Thursday, March 12, worth as much as $4.5 million.
Huddle Up: The Giants lost Wan'Dale Robinson this offseason, so Austin has a chance to earn a solid role in the passing game. Fantasy players can keep an eye on him during training camp because he can be a No. 5 or No. 6 fantasy receiver depending on his role.

Impending free-agent TE Isaiah Likely (Ravens) agreed to terms on a three-year contract with the New York Giants Monday, March 9, worth $40 million, according to sources. The deal can be worth as much as $47.5 million with incentives.
Huddle Up: Likely should jump right into the starting lineup with the Giants and could become a reliable target for Jaxson Dart. He has a chance to be a low-end No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues next season.

New York Giants WR Gunner Olszewski and the Giants have agreed on a one-year deal, per ESPN's Adam Schefter on Thursday, March 5. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Olszewski has bounced around the NFL, landing with the Giants in 2025. His most notable moment was last season in Week 18, where Olszewski posted career highs with nine targets, eight receptions and his first 100-yard game. Olszewski will play a depth role for the Giants this season and isn't a fantasy-relevant player worth drafting.

Atlanta Falcons WR Darnell Mooney will be released when the new league year begins. He was set to count $18.4 million against the cap.
Huddle Up: Mooney had 72 targets and caught just 32 of them for 443 yards and a TD. He could have situational value elsewhere, but he's not likely to be targeted as more than a WR5.

New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo (ankle) is making good progress in his recovery from an ankle injury, according to general manager Joe Schoen.
Huddle Up: Skattebo missed a good amount of the season because of the injury but should be ready for training camp and could take part in some offseason workouts. He will likely be the starting running back for the Giants in 2026 and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in leagues.

Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent TE Isaiah Likely is a player the Ravens would like to re-sign this offseason, according to general manager Eric DeCosta.
Huddle Up: Likely should receive interest from multiple teams in free agency, so the Ravens likely will have to reach an agreement with him soon if they want to keep him. He will continue to share playing time with Mark Andrews if he stays with the Ravens and will probably be a No. 2 fantasy tight end in that situation.

Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent TE Isaiah Likely said he will be looking to sign with a team that will allow him to be a contributor in the passing game and help the team score points.
Huddle Up: Likely should receive interest from several teams if he hits the free-agent market, so fantasy players should monitor his situation over the next few weeks. He has played well at times during his career and could be a low-end No. 1 fantasy tight end in some leagues depending on his situation.

Atlanta Falcons WR Darnell Mooney could be cut this offseason by the team, in the opinion of NFL.com's Matt Okada.
Huddle Up: After a 2024 season where Mooney earned 106 targets and was just eight yards shy of his second 1,000-yard season, he took a huge step back in his second season with the Falcons in 2025. Mooney totaled just 72 targets in 15 games last season, with 32 receptions for 443 yards and one touchdown. It's going to be hard for Atlanta to look at his $18.4 million cap number in 2026 with that kind of lackluster production. The Falcons' offense is centered around Bijan Robinson and Drake London, so it may make sense for the Falcons to get cheaper at the receiver position through free agency, the draft or the trade market. No matter how it shakes out for Mooney in 2026, he's a low-end and ultimately replaceable fantasy wide receiver moving forward.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) had a full meniscus repair as well as anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and he said his rehab has been going phenomenal.
Huddle Up: The meniscus repair will add to the recovery time, but he has plenty of time to be ready for organized team activities. He'll be a low-end WR1 or a high-end WR2 if he continues to recover well. He could have some upside with a new regime and a full camp with QB Jaxson Dart.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) continues his rehab from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. General manager Joe Schoen said Tuesday, Jan. 20 that the team expects Nabers to be ready for the start of training camp, but "things can change." The receiver said he'll be ready when his body is ready, and he didn't have a specific date in mind.
Huddle Up: We're still six months away from training camp, so we have a while to watch this situation, and we're at least seven months away from most fantasy drafts. We'll know a lot more about Nabers' recovery and progress before we start to pinpoint exactly where he should go on draft day. When healthy, he showed he can be a WR1 in most fantasy leagues. It will be interesting to see how he continues to build rapport with QB Jaxson Dart, and how head coach John Harbaugh wants to change the offensive system. He is almost certainly to learn upon a guy like Nabers heavily when he is 100 percent.

New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo (ankle) might be ready for OTAs, general manager Joe Schoen said Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Huddle Up: Skattebo suffered a dislocated right ankle in a game in late October. He is on record having said he is hopeful of being ready for training camp. It appears that all systems are go for Skattebo to be more than ready for Week 1. It will be interesting to see how new head coach John Harbaugh uses Skattebo in the team's offensive scheme. Harbaugh liked using a punishing running game in recent years, headed up by Derrick Henry. While Skattebo is no Henry, at least not yet, it could be a bump in production for Skattebo in 2026, barring any setbacks.

New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) said he is not sure if he will be ready for the start of the 2026 regular season and it will depend on how his body feels leading up to the game.
Huddle Up: Nabers is recovering from a serious knee injury and will likely not be on the field again until training camp. He is a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues when healthy, but fantasy players may not have him available early in the 2026 season if he does not feel right.
