Free-agent WR Van Jefferson (Steelers) agreed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal with the Tennessee Titans Wednesday, March 12.
Huddle Up: He had 50 grabs for 802 yards and six TDs in his sophomore season with the LA Rams in '21 and has done very little since. Because of the team he's going to, and their lack of certainty on offense, Jefferson could wind up being a WR5 flyer in fantasy drafts.

Tennessee Titans TE Chig Okonkwo (abdomen) is officially active for the Week 18 game.
Huddle Up: Okonkwo missed some practice time leading up to the game but should see a good amount of targets during the game. He has become a reliable option in the passing game for the Titans over the last few weeks and can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) is officially active for the Week 18 game.
Huddle Up: Pollard did not do much during practice this week, so he probably will share playing time with Julius Chestnut during the game. He could still be a possible flex option in leagues if he receives a majority of the work in the running game.

Tennessee Titans TE Chig Okonkwo (abdomen) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 3, and is listed as questionable for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Okonkwo probably will be a game-time decision, so fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He has become a big part of the passing game during the second half of the season and could be a starting option in all leagues if he is cleared to play.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 3, and is listed as questionable for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Pollard likely will be a game-time decision for the regular season finale and probably will not see a normal workload if he is able to be active for the game. He is a risky fantasy option because of the injury, so fantasy players may want to consider other options and avoid Pollard.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (concussion) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 3, and has been ruled out for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Tony Pollard is also dealing with an injury, so it is not known if Pollard or Julius Chestnut will be the main running back for the Titans in Week 18. Chestnut could be a flex option in most leagues if he receives most of the work at running back.

Tennessee Titans WR Tyler Boyd (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 3, and has been ruled out for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Nick Westbrook-Ikhine probably will see a few more targets with Boyd not able to play. He has found the end zone on nine of his 28 receptions this season and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues because of his touchdown potential.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) did not practice on Friday, Jan. 3, and is listed as questionable for Week 18 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Per head coach Brian Callahan, Pollard will be a gametime decision. Pollard's status takes on added importance in fantasy considering Tyjae Spears (concussion) was ruled out on Friday. Julius Chestnut figures to handle the bulk of the workload and serve as a capable fantasy RB2 in Week 18 against the Houston Texans if Pollard cannot play, which still seems like the most likely outcome considering the game means very little for Tennessee.

Tennessee Titans TE Chig Okonkwo (abdomen) was a limited participant in practice on Thursday, Jan. 2, after being a full participant the day before.
Huddle Up: Okonkwo wasn't on the injury report on Wednesday, so his status is now officially up in the air. Coming off the most consistent three-game stretch of his season, Okonkwo is a TE2 play if he suits up.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (concussion) did not take part in practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday, Jan. 2.
Huddle Up: After not practicing over the first two days, Spears is now highly unlikely to suit up in Week 18. He isn't a viable play, anyway, as fellow back Tony Pollard looks likely to return this week.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 1. The Titans did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Pollard seems to have a decent chance to play this week, so fantasy players should monitor the situation. He will see most of the work at running back if he plays and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 1. The Titans did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Spears has suffered multiple concussions this season, so he likely will not be available for the regular season finale. Tony Pollard seems to have a chance to play this week and can be at least a flex option if he is available.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears' (head) status for Week 18 is uncertain at this point.
Huddle Up: Spears suffered a concussion earlier in the season, so the team likely will be cautious with him if he suffered another concussion. Fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation to see if he will be available.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle, illness) has a chance to play in the Week 18 game, according to head coach Brian Callahan.
Huddle Up: Pollard was not able to play in the last game, but fantasy players should check on his practice participation during the week to see if he will be available for Week 18. He probably will see a majority of the carries in the running game if he plays and can be at least a flex option in leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (head) ran 20 times for 95 yards and caught three of four targets for eight yards at the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. Spears was evaluated in the third quarter with a concussion.
Huddle Up: RB Tony Pollard (ankle) missed this contest via injury, and the team has no reason to risk long-term setback by playing him in a meaningless game next week, so look for Spears to get another crack at the RB1 chores. He's a fringe option vs. Houston, a defense that probably rests most key players with the No. 4 seed locked up.

Tennessee Titans WR Calvin Ridley landed five of six looks for 84 yards at the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. He rushed once for seven yards.
Huddle Up: Tennessee hosts the Houston Texans in a game that means nothing for the No. 4-seeded divisional foe. Ridley is a WR2 consideration with a low-tier No. 3 floor.

Tennessee Titans TE Chig Okonkwo caught five of seven targets for 42 yards at the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. He added 17 yards on a rushing attempt.
Huddle Up: The matchup was so tasty and he has played extremely well of late, so gamers expected better. Okonkwo wasn't a total flop, but anyone who banked on him being a difference maker will feel a little underwhelmed by his performance. At any rate, the Titans host Houston in Week 18, and Okonkwo is a low-end TE1 option.

Tennessee Titans WR Tyler Boyd (foot) is officially active for the Week 17 game.
Huddle Up: Boyd should see a few targets during the game but has not been a big factor in the passing game this season. Fantasy players should have better options available and can avoid Boyd.

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle, illness) was downgraded to out for Week 17 on Saturday, Dec. 28.
Huddle Up: With Pollard officially ruled out, Tyjae Spears will be the lead dog in the backfield for Tennessee. He's a high-end flex option against a soft Jacksonville Jaguars defense.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 27, and is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Pollard was able to play last week despite missing practice but shared playing time with Tyjae Spears during the game. He likely will see a limited workload again in Week 17 if he plays and may only be a flex option in leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Tyler Boyd (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 27, and is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Boyd has been able to play despite the foot injury for the last few weeks, but fantasy players should check the inactive list for his official status. He has not posted great numbers this season and can be avoided in most leagues even if he is active.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 25. The Titans did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Pollard received a limited workload last week and did not have much success in the running game. He may see a little more work this week if he plays but may only be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Tyler Boyd (foot) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 25. The Titans did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Boyd has been on the injury report for several weeks but has not missed a game and should be available for Week 17. He has caught at least three passes in only two of the last eight games and can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans TE Chigoziem Okonkwo ended up with nine receptions for a career-high 81 yards on 11 targets in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Huddle Up: For the second straight week, Okonkwo set new career highs in receptions and targets, and his yardage total is also a new career best. With 17 receptions and 21 targets in the past two games, he could be a sneaky low-end TE1 in Week 17 at Jacksonville.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears ended up with 10 carries for 27 yards and two touchdowns in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts, while adding three receptions for 39 yards on four targets.
Huddle Up: Spears has scored three times on the ground and four times total in the past two games, and this marked his first-career game with two or more rushing scores. Still, as long as Tony Pollard remains healthy, Spears has a rather limited fantasy ceiling.
