Free-agent RB J.K. Dobbins (Ravens) met with the Los Angeles Chargers Wednesday, March 27.
Huddle Up: Dobbins has been medically cleared and should be able to find a new team in the near future. He is familiar with offensive coordinator Greg Roman's offense and would be working with Gus Edwards again if he signs. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues if the two sides reach an agreement.

Updating a previous report, free-agent RB J.K. Dobbins (Ravens) is expected to begin taking free-agent visits soon, according to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero. Per Pelissero, Dr. Neal ElAttrache - who repaired Dobbins' Achilles injury five days after he tore it in Week 1 - noted that Dobbins looks "outstanding" after his rehab.
Huddle Up: Dobbins has only played nine games over the last three seasons, but there should be at least a small market for his services. First and foremost, he should come cheap given his durability issues. The league has a shortage in running backs with his efficiency (career 5.8 yards per carry). The Dallas Cowboys seems like an obvious suitor for his services, although teams like the Los Angeles Chargers (given new offensive coordinator Greg Roman's familiarity with Dobbins) and Carolina Panthers should not be ruled out.

Free-agent RB J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) has received medical clearance to participate in football activities. Dobbins is expected to start meeting with teams soon.
Huddle Up: Dobbins may not be a starting option for a team at this point but can be part of a committee at the position. Fantasy players should keep an eye on his situation because his fantasy value will depend on where he signs, and his role with the team.

Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent RB J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) has started sprinting as part of his recovery from a torn Achilles tendon.
Huddle Up: The Ravens have expressed interest in keeping Dobbins, but he likely will receive interest from several teams if he hits the market. He has struggled with injuries over the last several seasons but will have fantasy value next season.

Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent RB J.K. Dobbins and RB Gus Edwards are expected to talk with the Ravens about possible new contracts, and general manager Eric DeCosta said the team would like to keep both players.
Huddle Up: Dobbins and Edwards have been the main backs for the Ravens over the last few seasons, but it is not known if either player will return to the team. Both Dobbins and Edwards likely will be part of a committee with a team next season and likely will have some fantasy value.

Updating previous reports, Baltimore Ravens RB J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) suffered a torn Achilles tendon during the Week 1 game, according to head coach John Harbaugh.
Huddle Up: Dobbins will miss the rest of the season because of the injury but should be fine for 2024. Gus Edwards likely will take over as the starting running back for the Ravens and can be at least a flex option in all fantasy leagues.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens RB J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) is believed to have suffered a torn Achilles tendon during the Week 1 game and is scheduled to undergo an MRI to confirm the injury, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Dobbins likely will miss the rest of the season if the injury is confirmed, so fantasy players should look for an update in the next few days. Gus Edwards likely will receive most of the work while Dobbins is out and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Baltimore Ravens RB J.K. Dobbins (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 1 game and is considered questionable to return.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see how long Dobbins may be sidelined. Gus Edwards probably will be the main running back for the Ravens if Dobbins misses extended time and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in leagues.
