Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed 14 times for 105 yards and two touchdowns and caught one pass for 28 yards in a 48-42 win over the Detroit Lions in Week 15.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed six times for 20 yards and caught two passes for nine yards in a 44-42 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14.
Huddle Up: Cook has been solid most of the year, but after the Rams built an early lead, Josh Allen took over the offense. The Bills don't typically fall behind, so expect more typical lines from Cook going forward.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook has scored at least one rushing touchdown in six of his last seven games, and in Week 14, he faces a Los Angeles Rams' defense that is allowing the fifth-most rushing yards per game.
Huddle Up: As good as Josh Allen has been this season, the Bills haven't been shy about leaning on Cook when the matchup is right. After gashing San Francisco in Week 13, don't be surprised if Cook has another big game against the Rams.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook ran 14 times for 107 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers while adding a 13-yard reception on his only target.
Huddle Up: Cook, who went to the University of Georgia, didn't seem to be bothered by the snowy weather. He had just his second 100-yard rushing game of the season, and the first of the season in front of the home fans. His last 100-yard game at home came Dec. 17, 2023 against the Dallas Cowboys, when he had a career-high 179 yards. He'll look to keep it cooking in Week 14 on the road against the Los Angeles Rams.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed nine times for 20 yards and two touchdowns and caught five passes for seven yards in a 30-21 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11.
Huddle Up: Outside of Josh Allen scrambling, the Bills were unable to establish much of a running game. Fortunately for Cook's owners, he salvaged an ugly outing with a pair of short touchdowns.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook ended up with 19 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts, while adding a 5-yard catch on three targets.
Huddle Up: Cook has managed five rushing scores in the past five games, and nine total scores (eight rushing, one receiving) in the past eight outings. He is a low-end RB1 or must-start RB2 in all fantasy leagues heading into Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed for 44 yards on 10 carries against the Miami Dolphins in Week 9. He also caught five passes for 25 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Cook was not able to find a lot of success in the running game but continues to be the main back for the Bills. He will see a good amount of touches each week and should be a starting option in fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed 17 times for 111 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 22 yards in a 31-10 win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8.
Huddle Up: After a quiet outing in his return from a toe injury, Cook looked like his old self against the Seahawks. Any concerns over lingering effects from the injury can be put to rest after this performance.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed 12 times for 32 yards and a touchdown in a 34-10 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 7.
Huddle Up: After missing the previous game with a toe injury, Cook saw a lighter workload than usual against the Titans. The Bills only ran 20 times as a team, so Cook should have some busier days head of him.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook (toe) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Cook is on track to return from his one-game absence and should receive a majority of the snaps at running back. He was playing well before the injury and should be a starter in fantasy leagues this week.
