Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) did not participate in practice Sunday, Dec. 22. The Texans did not hold a practice Sunday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Dell suffered a significant injury during the Week 16 game, so he likely will not be available to play against the Baltimore Ravens. Nico Collins is the only Texans receiver that should be a starting option at this time.

Updating previous reports, Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) suffered a dislocated left kneecap, according to sources on Saturday, Dec. 21. Doctors are still trying to determine the full extent of the damage, and surgery hasn't yet been ruled out.
Huddle Up: Surgery or not, such an injury suggests a premature end to Dell's season.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell landed six of seven looks for 98 yards and a score Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 16, before being taken to a local-area hospital with a severe left leg injury.
Huddle Up: As mentioned in a previous report, it will be surprising if Dell is back on the field anytime soon. His health and speedy recovery is the more important concern.

Updating a previous report, Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (leg) was transported to University of Kansas Medical Center.
Huddle Up: The seriousness of this injury and Dell's recovery outweigh any fantasy implications, of course. Suffice it to say, fantasy owners shouldn't count on having Dell available in the championship round.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) was ruled out for the rest of the Week 16 game on Saturday, Dec. 21, after being carted off the field with a knee injury.
Huddle Up: After making his way back from a broken fibula suffered last season, it appears Dell has suffered another serious injury after bringing in a touchdown catch on Saturday. Dell was surrounded by his teammates, who were clearly distraught before he was carted off. The Texans will lean more on Nico Collins, and Robert Woods, Xavier Hutchinson and John Metchie could all see more work.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell caught two passes for 26 yards and added a 15-yard run in a 20-12 win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 15.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell caught one of his four targets for 23 yards in a 23-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13.
Huddle Up: The big plays have been few and far between for Dell this season, and he has just one 100-yard game and two touchdowns. At this point, Dell can't be counted on as more than a flex option.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell caught three passes for 72 yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. He was targeted five times during the game.
Huddle Up: Dell has one of his highest receiving yardage totals of the season this week and has been targeted at least five times in each of his last four games. He should receive a similar workload against the Jacksonville Jaguars and can be at least a flex option in most leagues.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell ended up tied for team highs with four receptions, 54 yards and seven targets in Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Dell still had a pretty decent stat line despite the return of Nico Collins to the lineup. Both players had identical stat lines, right down to the target. There is plenty of ball to go around in Houston, and Dell can still be a solid WR3 or flex fantasy option in most leagues. The Texans host the hapless Tennessee Titans in Week 12.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell ended up with five receptions for 39 yards on a game-high nine targets in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: Dell and John Metchie III were the top dogs in the Houston pass game, but Detroit really stiffened up on defense in the second half. Nico Collins was close to returning in Week 10, and when he makes it back, Dell and Metchie are certain to see fewer targets. Dell is still worth a look as a WR4 or flex fantasy option when Collins makes it back.
