Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (knee) practiced in full for the third straight day on Friday, Sept. 13, and carries no designation into Week 2.
Huddle Up: Three full practices and no designation means Murray is good to go. He's a borderline QB1 against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 2.

Arizona Cardinals WR Xavier Weaver (oblique) was limited at practice on Friday, Sept. 13, and is questionable for Week 2. In addition, CB Max Melton (concussion) was a full participant but is questionable, and QB Kyler Murray (knee) practiced in full and was removed from the injury report.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (knee) is "all good" despite showing up on the injury report, head coach Jonathan Gannon said Friday, Sept. 13.
Huddle Up: Murray was a bit disappointing in Week 1, but he should be a solid QB1 option in a potential shootout against the Los Angeles Rams.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 12.
Huddle Up: Murray is on track to play in the Week 2 game as long as he does not suffer a setback in the next few days. He is coming off a solid Week 1 performance and should be a No. 1 quarterback in fantasy leagues this week.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Huddle Up: It seems like Murray is dealing with a minor injury and should be fine for Week 2 as long as he does not suffer a setback. He posted over 200 total yards in the opener and can be a low-end No. 1 quarterback in fantasy leagues this week.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray is "leaps and bounds ahead" of where he was at the end of "when he got back last year or even where he finished last year," according to head coach Jonathan Gannon. "I think from a mental and physical standpoint, right now where he's at, to even when he got back last year or even where he finished last year, I think he's leaps and bounds ahead. What I know about the guy, my relationship with him when I got his job: His will to win is extremely high. And if you detail out and lay out for him what is needed from him to improve himself, the offense and the team, he is 1,000 percent willing to do that. So, I love the guy, because he's done everything that I've asked of him and more. He's been a phenomenal leader on and off the field - not just with the offense, but with the entire team," Gannon told Adam Schein of Mad Dog Sports Radio.
Huddle Up: Now well over 1 1/2 years since tearing his ACL, Murray should have no issue returning to the form that saw him serve fantasy managers as a high-end QB1. A healthy Murray is a legitimate threat to run for around 500 yards. It also helps his cause that the Cardinals added Marvin Harrison Jr. to the mix. Murray is a threat to finish inside the top five at his position if he can play a full season in 2024.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray is leaps and bounds from where he was last season, according to head coach Jonathan Gannon. "His will to win is extremely high," Gannon said. "If you lay out for him what is needed from him to improve himself, the offense and the team, he is 1000 percent willing to do that. I love the guy. He has done everything I've asked of him and more."
Huddle Up: These are all great things to hear, and now a full season removed from a torn ACL, we'll see what the 27-year-old is made of in this critical stretch of his career. He's in the mix of high-end QB2s, and he'll be a matchup play early on.

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray will not play at all during the preseason, according to head coach Jonathan Gannon.
Huddle Up: Murray has nothing to prove and any unnecessary action only increases the chances of a player who has shown a tendency to wear down getting hurt. Expect the Cardinals to play Desmond Ridder and Clayton Tune a lot in August. As for Murray in fantasy, he is a mid-range QB1 option with elite upside.
