Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson has been benched in favor of QB Joe Flacco Tuesday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: Flacco won't provide mobility to keep plays alive, but his recognition of defenses should solidify the offense. Michael Pittman Jr. has one 100-yard game this season, and it came with Flacco under center. Flacco is just a bye-week replacement or two-QB league option, but there will be matchups to exploit.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson is not guaranteed to start the Week 9 game against the Minnesota Vikings as head coach Shane Steichen told reporters, "We're evaluating everything," on Monday, Oct. 28.
Huddle Up: Despite his poor play, it would be an odd move for the Colts to bench Richardson after constantly committing to the notion that he needs reps. Either way, fantasy managers will want to monitor this situation because Joe Flacco would provide a massive boost for all of the skill players.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson completed just 10-of-32 passes for 175 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 8 against the Houston Texans, while running six times for 45 yards. He exited the game briefly in the red zone in the third quarter for one play, admitting to head coach Shane Steichen that he simply got tired.
Huddle Up: With his historically poor inaccuracy, and what looks like what could only be described as a cardio or conditioning issue, how long until the Colts pull the plug, and go back to veteran Joe Flacco? The team was winning under Flacco, and the Indianapolis pass game was shining. We'll see if there is a change, but for now, treat Richardson only as a low-end QB2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Indianapolis Colts WR Anthony Richardson completed just 10-of-24 passes for 129 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in his return to the lineup in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins. He rushed 14 times for a team-best 56 yards, too, while he was also credited with a fumble.
Huddle Up: Richardson is super erratic, and he has completed less than half of his pass attempts. He is a good running quarterback, but still a work in progress as far as throwing the ball. He and the Colts are back in action in Week 8 at Houston, but treat him as more of a QB2 in most fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) was a full participant in practice all week and was removed from the Week 7 injury report on Friday, Oct. 18.
Huddle Up: Richardson makes his return after a two-game absence, and he brings concerns with him. Richardson hasn't been productive through the air, and there's always the risk of him exiting early with injury. Richardson is still a QB2, but only because of his ability to run the football.

Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) and CB Chris Lammons (ankle) did not practice on Friday, Oct. 18, and were ruled out for Week 7. Also, OT Braden Smith (knee), WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back) and DE Dayo Odeyingbo (hamstring) did not practice and are questionable, WR Alec Pierce (shoulder) and LB E.J. Speed (knee) practiced in full but are questionable, WR Josh Downs (toe) was limited and is questionable, DT Grover Stewart (rest) did not practice but carries no designation and C Ryan Kelly (calf), QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) and RB Trey Sermon (knee) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) practiced in full for a third straight day on Friday, Oct. 18.
Huddle Up: Richardson should see his first game action since Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins this weekend. While Joe Flacco returning to the bench, most of the production this offense was creating through the air will likely be rerouted to the running game. With that said, Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is unlikely to play, so this might be a great opportunity for the Colts to lean on Richardson more as a passer. Richardson should be considered a low-end QB1 this week with his usual massive upside if things go well.

Indianapolis Colts CB Chris Lammons (ankle), WR Alec Pierce (shoulder) and RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) did not practice on Thursday, Oct. 17. Also, WR Josh Downs (toe), C Ryan Kelly (calf), DE Dayo Odeyingbo (hamstring), RB Trey Sermon (knee) and LB E.J. Speed (knee) were limited and WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back), OT Braden Smith (knee) and QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) practiced in full.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.
Huddle Up: Richardson is on track to return to the starting lineup in Week 7 as long as he does not suffer a setback. He is a low-end No. 1 quarterback in most fantasy leagues when he is healthy.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) is expected to be a full-go in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.
Huddle Up: A-Rich is expected to be back this week after some solid moments from Joe Flacco. Michael Pittman turned five targets into a 3-35-1 line last week, and he has scores in two straight. Provided his back is OK, he should receive a boost from Richardson's return. Richardson will be a low-end QB1 option.
