Updating previous reports, Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon (ankle) has a good chance of playing Saturday, Jan. 18, against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Huddle Up: Mixon suffered the ankle injury at some point this week, and Dameon Pierce could see a larger load than normal. Mixon would be an RB2 in playoff leagues if he's able to go, but Pierce looks to be a flex candidate.

Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jan. 16, and is listed as questionable for the Divisional Round playoff game.
Huddle Up: It appears like Mixon injured his ankle during practice this week and will be a game-time decision. He is a starting option in all fantasy leagues if he is cleared to play, but Dameon Pierce will also be a good fantasy option if Mixon is not able to play.

Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 15.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should monitor the situation to see if Mixon is in any danger of missing the playoff game. He will be a significant part of the offense if he plays and should be a starting option in all leagues.

Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon rushed for 23 yards on five carries against the Tennessee Titans in Week 18. He also caught one pass for five yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Mixon saw limited touches against the Titans because the team had already clinched a playoff spot. He should see plenty of touches during the Wild Card playoff game and should be a starting option in all leagues.

Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon (rest) was a full participant in practice on Thursday, Jan. 2, after being limited the day before.
Huddle Up: Mixon remains a locked-in RB1 entering Week 18, but head coach DeMeco Ryans did not commit to playing Houston's starters for the entire game with the Texans having nothing to play for. Start him at your own risk.
