Dallas Cowboys WR Devin Smith is feeling comfortable with the team and his health after recovering from two major knee injuries. 'Everything that I've been doing has helped me get to this point,' said Smith, who had 74 yards receiving Sunday, Sept. 15 against the Washington Redskins after entering the game with 135 career yards and one TD from 14 games over his first two seasons in 2015-16 with the New York Jets. 'So I don't really want to change anything. I don't want to overhype myself or overthink anything. I just want to stay even keel and just go out here, just work hard every single day and try to have a great performance on Sunday.'
Huddle Up: Smith is an intriguing deep-league WR consideration over the next few weeks with fellow wideout Michael Gallup out with a knee injury.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott is expected to receive his normal workload in Week 3's game against the Miami Dolphins, according to offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.
Huddle Up: After missing the entire preseason due to a contract dispute, Elliott was only on the field for 54.4% of the team's offensive snaps in Week 1 and 76.8% of the snaps in Week 2, after having never played fewer than 80% of the offense's snaps in any game last year. As one of the top performers at his position, he should be started with confidence going forward in all fantasy formats, although he could be pulled from the Miami game prematurely if the score gets too lopsided.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 3.
Huddle Up: Cooper will be one of the most popular players in fantasy leagues this week because of the matchup and should be a No. 1 receiver in lineups.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 3.
Huddle Up: Cobb is in line for more playing time with Michael Gallup out of the lineup and can be at least a flex option this week because of the matchup.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 19.
Huddle Up: Cooper will continue to be the main focus in the passing game for the Cowboys and should be one of the top fantasy receivers this week because of the matchup.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 19.
Huddle Up: Cobb has been targeted 11 times over the last two games but should have a bigger role with Michael Gallup sidelined. He can be considered a No. 3 receiver or flex option this week.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Huddle Up: Cooper should be one of the most valuable receivers in fantasy this week because of the matchup and should be in the lineup in every fantasy league.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Huddle Up: Cobb likely will receive a bigger role with Michael Gallup out of the lineup and can be considered a flex option this week because of the favorable matchup.

Dallas Cowboys WR Devin Smith is expected to see a larger role in the offense following the injury to WR Michael Gallup (knee). 'Devin obviously will play more,' head coach Jason Garrett said Monday, Sept. 16.
Huddle Up: Smith went for three receptions and 74 yards, including a 51-yard touchdown, in Week 2 against the Washington Redskins. He is worth a look as a WR5 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. Just the fact the Cowboys are facing the hapless Dolphins might mean a huge week of production.

Dallas Cowboys WR Michael Gallup (knee) is expected to miss two to four weeks with a torn meniscus in his knee, according to the Dallas Morning News' Calvin Watkins via a source. Gallup is not believed to have suffered any structural damage to his knee, however.
Huddle Up: It's a bit of a blow to the Cowboys in that Gallup was really beginning to thrive as the vertical threat in Kellen Moore's offense, but the good news is he could be back as soon as Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers. Devin Smith makes for a strong fill-in in fantasy and reality in the interim, while Amari Cooper and perhaps even Jason Witten could see one to two more targets while Gallup is recovering.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott ran 23 times for 111 yards and a touchdown and added two catches for nine yards in Week 2 versus the Washington Redskins.
Huddle Up: Elliott is doing everything in his power to prove working out in Cabo is every bit as effective as training camp. One week after splitting carries with Tony Pollard, Elliott handled 68 percent of the team's carries. Although last year's workload (400-plus touches, including playoffs) is bound to catch up to him at some point, owners should feel good about his ability to deliver top-five production at his position just about every week.

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott finished 26-of-30 for 269 yards and three touchdowns to go along with one interception in Week 2 versus the Washington Redskins.
Huddle Up: Although it wasn't quite his 405-yard, four-TD effort against the New York Giants in Week 1, his fantasy owners have to be thrilled by what they are getting from him so far - even if the competition hasn't been all that great. Speaking of which, the Cowboys face the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. It would be a shocker if Prescott isn't able to put up top-10 fantasy quarterback numbers in that matchup.

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott's contract extension talks appear to be at an impasse at this time because the two sides may not agree on the length of the extension.
Huddle Up: The Cowboys were confident last week that Prescott would sign soon, but it appears that the two sides still need to work some things out. Prescott is coming off an outstanding Week 1 performance and should be a No. 1 fantasy quarterback again this week.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott says he's ready for a larger workload after logging 13 rushing attempts for 53 yards and catching one pass for 10 yards in the team's Week 1 win over the New York Giants. 'I think I'm ready now for a normal workload,' Elliott said Wednesday, Sept. 11. 'It just depends on how ... (the coaches) are feeling on Sunday. But if they ask, I'll be able to go out there and do it.'
Huddle Up: No concerns over Zeke: Fire him up as a RB1 in a favorable matchup Sunday against Washington.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 2.
Huddle Up: Cobb appears to have found a solid role as the slot receiver for the Cowboys and probably will receive a decent amount of targets each week. He can be a flex option in some fantasy leagues this week.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 2.
Huddle Up: Cooper led the team in targets in Week 1 and was able to post a 100-yard game. He will continue to be the main option in the passing game for the Cowboys and should be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 12.
Huddle Up: Cobb is coming off a productive Week 1 and appears to be set as the team's No. 3 receiver. He should receive a solid amount of targets this week and can be a flex option in some leagues.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 12.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb (rib) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Huddle Up: Cobb had a solid role in the passing game in Week 1 and posted 69 yards and one touchdown during the game. He has a chance to be a flex option in deeper leagues if he continues to receive a decent amount of targets.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Huddle Up: Cooper missed most of the preseason because of his foot injury but was fine in Week 1 and finished with 106 yards and one touchdown. He should be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

Dallas Cowboys S Xavier Woods logged 11 tackles (nine solo) in Week 1 against the New York Giants.
Huddle Up: It's a nice start to the season for Woods, who has quietly been emerging in the Dallas secondary. There are certainly safer DB options out there, but if you're looking for a sleeper candidate with interesting upside Woods is worthy of consideration.

Dallas Cowboys LB Leighton Vander Esch was credited with 10 tackles (nine solo), a forced fumble and a half sack against the New York Giants in Week 1.
Huddle Up: Vander Esch is picking up right where he left off as a rookie, racking up tackles and making big plays. He's a top-10 LB in IDP leagues.

Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten caught three passes for 15 yards and a touchdown on Sunday, Sept. 8, against the New York Giants.
Huddle Up: It was a nice story for Witten to come out of retirement and score a touchdown, but at 37 the team is going to picks its spots with the veteran, leaving him without sustainable fantasy appeal.

Dallas Cowboys WR Randall Cobb had four catches, 69 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants on Sunday, Sept. 8.
Huddle Up: It was a nice debut for Cobb, who looked like he had almost nothing left in the tank with the Packers last year, but keep this in mind: he posted a 10-142-1 line in Week 1 last season and didn't top 50 yards receiving again the rest of the season. There are better speculative adds out there, making Cobb of little interest outside of deeper leagues.

Dallas Cowboys WR Michael Gallup caught seven passes for 158 yards (22.6 yards per catch) in the team's Week 1 win over the Washington Redskins.
Huddle Up: Gallup had a huge game against the Giants, catching all seven of his targeted passes and nearly doubling his previous career high in yardage. While he did not score a touchdown, he was more involved in the passing game than newcomer Randall Cobb, and the needle looks to be pointing up on his outlook for 2019. If he's available on the waiver wire, Gallup is worth scooping and stashing.

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper had six receptions, 106 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants in Week 1.
Huddle Up: It's a nice start to the season for Cooper, who topped the century mark in receiving for the fourth time in 12 games with the Cowboys (including the playoffs). Consistency has been the issue for the Alabama product in recent years, however, often offsetting monster games with poor ones -- he's managed fewer than 40 yards receiving in a game 16 times in the last two seasons -- so only time will tell if he can provide steadier week-to-week value. Cooper's outlook for Week 2 looks enticing against a Redskins team that allowed 313 yards via the air on Sunday.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott carried the ball 13 times for 53 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants on Sunday, Sept. 8. He added one reception for 10 yards.
Huddle Up: As expected, Elliott's involvement was modest, logging 14 touches on 34 (of 62) offensive snaps. The yardage was far below what fantasy owners will want to see as he rounds into game shape, but Elliott salvaged his performance with a score. Brighter days are ahead for Elliott, who remains a top RB1.

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott went 25-for-32 with 405 yards and four touchdowns in a Week 1 victory over the New York Giants. Prescott added 12 yards on four carries.
Huddle Up: With Jerry Jones handing out extensions left and right, Prescott made an early case for why he sits atop the list of contracts that need attention. He was accurate and found holes in an overmatched Giants secondary, averaging an impressive 12.7 per attempt. As good as Prescott looked, however, it comes with a couple of asterisks: 1) Ezekiel Elliott played just 34 snaps after missing the preseason, and 2) it was against the Giants, the same team he torched in Week 17 last year despite playing with the JV squad. With Washington and Miami on deck, though, Prescott's early-season outlook is excellent.

Contract negotiations with Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott will continue into the regular season if no deal is finalized by the team's first game versus the New York Giants Sunday, Sept. 8, according to executive vice president Stephen Jones.
Huddle Up: Prescott has posted decent numbers over the last few seasons and should be viewed as a low-end QB1 or high-end QB2 in most fantasy formats, based on his potential and the offensive weapons surrounding him in Dallas.
