Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette had eight drops during his rookie season.
Huddle Up: Legette struggled with efficiency in general as a rookie, logging 49 catches on 84 targets. His 10.1 yards per catch also left a lot to be desired. The good news is that unless Carolina adds weapons in the offseason, Legette should have a solid role in the offense again in 2025. Target him as a WR4 next year and hope he makes a leap.

Carolina Panthers WR David Moore ended up with a 9-yard touchdown on his only reception on three targets in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Huddle Up: Moore ended up with 32 receptions for 351 yards and three touchdowns on 57 targets. He showed some signs of life, especially in the second half, but he is only worth fantasy consideration in deeper leagues heading into 2025.

Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette posted three receptions for 30 yards on five targets in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Huddle Up: Legette finished his rookie campaign with 49 receptions for 497 yards and four touchdowns on 84 targets. He improved as the season went along, jelling nicely with QB Bryce Young. The first-round pick in 2024 has a bright future in Charlotte. He could be a solid WR4 or flex fantasy option with upside heading into 2025.

Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen ended up with five receptions for 44 yards on six targets in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Huddle Up: The 34-year-old receiver was limited to 10 games due to a hamstring injury, but he still managed 48 receptions for 615 yards and five scores on 62 targets, posting five or more receptions in each of his final six outings. Thielen still has a little something in the tank, and he could remain a solid WR3 or flex fantasy option in PPR leagues in 2025.

Carolina Panthers WR Jalen Coker absorbed all seven of his targets for 62 yards in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons, and he also completed a pass for 19 yards.
Huddle Up: The rookie out of Holy Cross ended up with 32 receptions for 478 yards and two touchdowns on 46 targets. He started to jell rather nicely with QB Bryce Young down the stretch, and he could have some fantasy appeal as a WR4 or WR5 heading into 2025 barring any personnel additions in Charlotte.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders rushed 17 times for 66 yards and a touchdown in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons, while adding three receptions for 50 yards and a score on four targets.
Huddle Up: Sanders was shouldering the load with Chuba Hubbard sidelined. Sanders proved he still has a little left in the tank, and perhaps if he landed in the right situation for 2025, he could have a resurgence and some fantasy value. Stay tuned.

Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young completed 25-of-34 passes for 251 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 18 against the Atlanta Falcons, while running five times for 24 yards and two touchdowns.
Huddle Up: Young posted a career high with five total touchdowns. There were some whispers, heck, loud pronouncements, that Young was a bust, and the Panthers made a mistake trading up with the Chicago Bears for the No. 1 overall pick in 2023. However, Young saw an uptick in passing touchdowns (15), while running for six more scores in 14 games. He is still more of a QB2 in most fantasy leagues heading into 2025, but the upside is back.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) is officially active for the Week 18 game.
Huddle Up: Sanders will be the starting running back for the Panthers and should see a good amount of carries in the running game. He could be a possible flex option in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette (hip, wrist) is active for Week 18's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Huddle Up: Legette had been listed as questionable on the injury report after logging one full practice session and two limited sessions during the week. He has not been very productive in recent weeks, so he cannot be trusted as anything more than a WR4 or WR5 option at this point.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) was activated off injured reserve on Saturday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: Sanders has been a shell of the running back that had success in Philadelphia, but he's potentially looking at a massive workload in Week 18 with Chuba Hubbard out. That possible but not guaranteed volume is the only thing that makes him a viable flex play.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 3, but is listed as questionable for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Sanders should have a good chance to play in the finale, but fantasy players should check the inactive list for his official status. He probably will see a majority of the snaps at running back if he plays and could be a possible flex option in leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette (hip, wrist) was a limited participant at practice Friday, Jan. 3, and is listed as questionable on the Week 18 injury report.
Huddle Up: Legette drew nine targets last week but produced only 28 yards. He hasn't reached double-digit PPR points since Week 9 so it's difficult for managers to trust him as anything more than a WR4/5 option.

Huddle Up: Legette was able to return to the lineup last week and was targeted nine times during the game but only finished with 28 yards. He will see a handful of targets if he plays in Week 18 and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Jan. 2.
Huddle Up: Sanders seems to have a good chance to play in Week 18 and likely will receive a majority of snaps if he plays. He could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues but is not a must-start option.

Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette (hip, wrist) practiced in full on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Huddle Up: Legette hasn't scored since Week 9 and his yardage totals have not been enough to overcome that for his fantasy production. He remains off the starting radar in Week 18.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) practiced in full on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Huddle Up: Sanders was cleared to play last week, but the Panthers officially started his return clock this week. There's a good chance Sanders will start with Chuba Hubbard out, but the veteran running back has been terrible during his stint in Carolina and can't be trusted in lineups.

Carolina Panthers RB Miles Sanders (ankle) received medical clearance to play last week, according to head coach Dave Canales.
Huddle Up: Sanders has a chance to receive the start in Week 18 since Chuba Hubbard is unavailable. He could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues if he starts.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (calf) will not need to undergo surgery on his injured calf this offseason, according to head coach Dave Canales.
Huddle Up: Hubbard likely will be able to participate in some of the offseason workout and likely will enter training camp as the starter after receiving recently receiving an extension. He played very well this season and can be a No. 2 running back in most fantasy leagues next season.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders caught one pass for five yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He was targeted one time during the game.
Huddle Up: Sanders had a solid role in the passing game earlier in the season but has only been targeted three times over the last four games. He can be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Xavier Legette caught five passes for 28 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He was targeted nine times during the game.
Huddle Up: Legette was a popular target for Bryce Young this week, but the connection did not have much success in terms of yards. He has been targeted at least eight times in three of the last four games and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Jalen Coker caught two passes for 35 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He was targeted two times during the game.
Huddle Up: Coker has received a good amount of targets over the last several weeks but only saw two targets this week. He should see a bigger workload in Week 18 and can be a possible flex option in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen caught five passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He was targeted six times during the game.
Huddle Up: Thielen has been a reliable option in the passing game since returning from injury and posted his second 100-yard game of the season against Tampa Bay. He has caught three touchdowns over the last two games and should be a starting option in all leagues next week.

Carolina Panthers RB Mike Boone rushed for 11 yards on two carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He was targeted two times in the passing game during the game but finished with zero receptions.
Huddle Up: Boone was expected to have a decent role with Chuba Hubbard out for the season but only received two carries in the running game. He probably will be more involved next week but can be avoided in most leagues.

Carolina Panthers RB Raheem Blackshear rushed for 20 yards on eight carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Blackshear received most of the carries during the game but was not able to find much success against the Buccaneers. He probably will share playing time with Mike Boone again next week and could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young went 15-for-28 for 203 yards and two touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He also rushed for eight yards on two carries during the game.
Huddle Up: Young has played well since returning to the starting lineup and has thrown at least two touchdowns in each of the last two games. He could be a possible starting option in two-quarterback leagues next week.

Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (calf, knee) was placed on injured reserve on Saturday, Dec. 28.
Huddle Up: Hubbard's career year ends prematurely, but his future is bright after inking an extension with the Panthers. He will return to lead back duties in 2025 and rookie Jonathon Brooks isn't a threat for now as he recovers from another torn ACL. With Hubbard done for the rest of the season, Raheem Blackshear and Mike Boone are expected to split work, but neither is a suggested lineup option.

Carolina Panthers RBs Raheem Blackshear and Mike Boone are expected to split playing time during the final two games of the regular season, in the wake of RB Chuba Hubbard's (calf, knee) season-ending Grade 2 calf strain, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Huddle Up: At this point, it is unknown if Blackshear and Boone will split carries evenly or if one player will get considerably more playing time than the other. Owners should be able to find better fantasy options elsewhere and should avoid this situation altogether.
